On July 23, 2024 I bought 4 tickets for Cincinnati Baseball. Game to be played in **********, ** on Aug 2 2024. The tickets I purchased were for 4 DUGOUT Tickets. Section 130 Row 1. I paid $1004.77 for the 4 tickets. I received the confirmation that I bought the 4 DUGOUT tickets. But I received 4 tickets in Section 130 (Not Dugout) Row G. I would not have paid $1004.77 for the 4 seats that I was sent. This clearly is ************* as well as Fraud. I have sent the seller 2 emails with no response. I have spoke with Ticket Center via Chat and by Phone. Both times they said they would not give a refund but yet they have my money and have not sent it to the seller. BEWARE.Initial Complaint

On or about 01/29/2024, I purchased tickets to the ************* concert in ************, ******* for 05/06/24 concert. I thought I was on the Florida Theater website but had been inadvertently taken to the Ticket Center website. The price seemed a bit high-included a service fee of $250. per ticket but we had never been to that venue before and the seat were good. As an after thought I went back later and this time was definitely on the FL Theater website and found that the MOST expensive ticket was $99.50. I tired to contact Ticket Center but got no where. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but they denied it because TC responded back that they have a NO REFUND policy. The credit card company gave me until 4/15/24 to respond if I did not agree; I did not respond and the deadline passed. I figured we were screwed so we would use the tickets and travel to **. We had not received the email with the tickets until about the time 5/30/24. When I printed the tickets it very clearly stated it is again FL law to resell the tickets fir more that $1.00 over the original price, I contacted FL theater to let them know what had happened. I also contacted Ticket Center AGAIN and let them know what they had done was illegal-no response. When we got to the theater we were told our tickets we not valid. I tried going back to my credit card company but was just informed that since I had not responded by 4/15/24-their case was closed an would not be reopened.Initial Complaint

I went to this site to buy tickets for a concert. I thought it was and official site for buying these tickets. I thought they looked expensive and I couldn't find what seats were available but I went and bought them. This was on 8-11-2023. I then looked a the venue site and saw that they were 40.00 dollars instead of the 362.95 for two tickets so I tried to cancel them and couldn't. This is ridiculous and I want my money refunded. They aren't even allowed to offer tickets at this venue so the tickets couldn't be used. This is criminal activity.Initial Complaint

I went on the internet and searched ******* training camp tickets and it brought be to the days/tickets page. I selected Aug. 5th for 2 adults and 2 children. The price came to $220.95. Once I purchased it, I realized it was not through the ******* but ticket center. When I got my email confirmation it said I paid but there were no tickets and said I would get them on Aug. 4th. The prices through the actual ******* are $5 for adults and free for kids. So I over paid by $200 and don’t even have tickets. I have contacted them with no luck and have made a dispute with my bank.Initial Complaint

Company TicketsCenter on May 21, 2023 I ordered tickets under the Charlotte Knights site, purchased 5 tickets price was $65 each, then when I entered in my credit card and hit ok, there were all these extra fees charged that I was unaware of and the tickets rose to $83 each, I had purchased 5 tickets cost $415, I was not ok with spending that much for the tickets. When I immediately contacted the company via email stating I do not agree with this pricing and wanted to cancel and receive full refund. NO response , so I called the next day and they stated it was nonrefundable. I feel that the company has ripped me off, I should have 24 hours from when I purchase the ticket to get a full refund. I live on a fixed income and the difference of $65 to $83 was to steep for my budget I can't afford this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused, I filed a complaint with my credit card but because they have doc that state nonrefundable they could not get the money back, company refused. My complaint is these companies are charging hidden fees and don't add them on until you hit purchase, and the fees are outrageous and are unfair to the customer. This company is ripping off the customers and there is nothing we can do , Therefore the only thing I can do is file a formal complaint and hope that you will look into this with concern for the customer who is unfairly treated which cost me alot of my hard earned money. I feel as if they ripped me off and there is nothing I can do. They are committing fraud with the hidden fees. I am hoping you can resolve this. , Ps the tickets are for a September game so they could have resold. I tried to order them through the charlotte knights site directly and was transferred to ticketscenter without my knowledge. I am older in age and don't fully understand when I purchase tickets it goes to another site that I would not have agreed to purchase the tickets throughInitial Complaint

I was sent a link to buy concert tickets to what seemed to be the venue site. The site led me to believe that the concert was almost sold out to rush the purchase. I purchased tickets before I noticed that it was a scalper site. I contacted the company while the transaction was still pending asking to cancel the order. They claimed they had a no refund policy, but I was not asking for a refund, because it was not a completed transaction. The Tickets-Center.com is the name of the company that gouged me for tickets to our local theater. It Presents as the ticket counter for online purchases for tickets to our local performing arts center called **** (********* ********** **** ******). In Lancaster California. When googling, ‘tickets for ****’ they come up first. On Feb 1,2023 I purchased 2 tickets for the ‘Peter and the Wolf ballet’ for Feb 24,2023 performance. When the paypal amout showed up they charged me $218.00 for 2 tickets. This seemed excessive so the next day i called the physical venue and the tickets are supposed to sell for $15 dollars each $20 max. I was upset and tried to call this company to get a refund and there are no live people available , only robotic taped items. I tried to ‘Live chat’ and only received typed canned responses. My order number is (********) I have filed a dispute with my Credit card company.
