    In their contract, it states that unused personal sessions could be refunded. I've canceled my sessions due to a plethora of valid reasons, however they have stated that they do not do refunds, despite me showing them the contact I've signed. I've tried going to corporate but because it's a franchise, apparently there is nothing I can do. The franchise owner tried calling me ONCE, but he didn't leave a voicemail, respond to any of my returned calls, or even text. I was only able to find out who he was by searching his name online from my caller ID. I've been very diplomatic in this whole process and it's disappointing that they practice their business in this manner. I just want the money back from the remaining sessions I had.
