This company has spent too much time yelling at me to give them money to "extend" when I was not clear on how to even redeem what I paid for. They have called and tried to get more and more money out of me on "just sales tax" and won't answer questions. They were very unkind and hung up on me when I asked how to redeem vacations.

This company is an absolute joke! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! We purchased a package back in 2018 and now they are wanting another $198 to extend the package, however wont even email us with our account information. We disconnected the call with them out of frustration and the lady who called sends a text message after that we are ignorant and she pities us! Really?!!! This is not a reputable company and I wouldnt give them another dime.

I give this company a 1 star review. This business is not BBB accredited and I certainly understand why this is. These people are vultures and this company has 0 integrity. Please stay away. Do not purchase a package. Scammers.

I cannot give zero stars so one is the worst. Booked a stay with Maitland well in advance for one of "their" sites. The deal was for 3 days 2 nights, but I needed a third night. They charged me $279.00 (nonrefundable) for the third night, but they said they could not provide me with written (e-mail) confirmation until 60 days before my departure. Sixty days before my departure I contacted Maitland and requested confirmation and was advised that I did not have a reservation. I asked what the $279.00 was for and was told that it was the BOOKING FEE! I then requested a reservation and was told all that was available was the 8 day 7 night package for an additional $300.00+ Not wanting to yell at a receptionist I asked for a supervisor and was told one would contact me, NEVER HAPPENED! I then booked the 3 nights at the same resort for $400.00. Maitland Vacation Club is simply a corrupt enterprise.

Total scam! They charged me >$500 in Jan 2023 adding me as platinum member for better resort packages. A guy named Stevemn H***** gave personal number with guarantee of full refund of upgrading to platinum package from standard package which was an additional approx $300 if I was not satisfied. Also this package was lifetime. Now I see Maitland number is going to Monster vacation group and they dont have the same perks at all and Steven H***** number without any answer. Total scam!

We have a high volume of calls on a daily basis, so we partnered up with Monstor to handle our overflow resreservation  calls but we will look into this and make sure he’s all taken care of.

Maitland Vacation Club is a rip-off, as was **** *********. I originally purchased a package from **** ********* who absolutely did not want to honor my vacations. Maitland called me and stated that they were now managing my vacations purchased through **** *********. So, I paid Maitland even more money for an upgraded package consisting of a few more vacation locations. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare...from beginning to end! My first complaint was on **** *********. This time on Maitland Vacations who called me recently to request funds to extend my package after informing me when I paid additional funds that I had five years to use my vacations. I absolutely refused to pay them more! At this point I won't even converse with them about their lies anymore. It's just a loss for me; lesson learned!

Poor dedication to the customer I had made a reservation and paid money. Then a call a week later saying they could not due to review people not being there the days I requested but that they would accommodate me any way. Then was given options for 2 resorts then told no. Then told we’ll get back. Then told they could get me in a resort an hour from Miami. Then told again we can get you in a resort and two options. Needs less to say this went back and forth. Last call was how they had a person who was going to make it happen and call me back. No call back. I had to call them. They constantly wanted to get me in resorts no where near my destination… They even sent me to a totally separate vacation club group that charged me money that group at least refunded me when they found out the rooms were not available. This is a Scam orginazation please avoid. Glad to respond with more details . Wife will also be doing ****** reviews. Please avoid sorry for sporadic texting not good at typing

I purchased a package with 6years to use. Earlier this year, I called in to book. After weeks of contacting to book, I was notified that their contracted ended with the hotel in Costa Rica with no avail to when it would be renewed. As an alternative, I was provided with several other options to chose from. Once I made my decision and selected the dates, I contacted the reservation department for over a month to book and have yet to have my calls returned or emails responded. When someone does answer Nicole the “manager” is unavailable and also does not respond to messages left and delivered first hand. I believe this is scam for them to be a large company while only having 1 person able to process bookings. I lost money yes, but I’m glad I did not lose more with the shadiness of booking.

The customer package was expired, but we try to accommodate them the best as we could because Costa Rica wasn’t available

Talked to this guy named Ben, claims he didn't like to be interrupted and told us that anyone in their organization that gave us an unlimited package was lying. Challenged him to send information to us which he denied, even though he had the information up in front of him. Asked him to send us the information he had, told us that the booking had to be done 30-45 days out and therefore the package was not available, then said he would send this information, but not to me, only the account holder, then he hung up. This guy is a total shyster, as is the entire organization. Heard a call farm in the background with people being combative on the phone to other unsuspecting people. Would NOT do business with Maitland Vacation Club LLC. 1 star. We're going to go ahead and elevate this to the district attorney's office.

HORRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I joined this club right before the pandemic hit in 2019 with the expectation of traveling. Needless to say the entire world shut down and the ability to travel along with the ability to financially recover has taken time. Fast forward to 2022 they call and get more money to extend my travel options for 200.00 there were specific requirements for people to travel with you such as income levels so I found it difficult to find people to travel with me. Now I just got a call today asking for 200 more to extend another 4 years only good for this phone call. I let them know I only picked up the phone because I was home from the hospital can I please call you back so I can look at my folder of travel information and the answer was you can accept now or call back for 800 next week. CLICK!! I will take my chances with ********* or *********** and travel with friends who don't necessarily make enough for the time share tour when it wastes valuable vacation time anyway.
