DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM!!They claim when they call that we agree to add additional package for $1000. They also add $19.99 for every month on top of that. We try calling customer service for help but they talked to us like we're a begger.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This the WORST company. It is a Total SCAM!! They strung my sisters and I along for months telling us that the hotel would call after we secured travel dates. When the hotel chain finally did call, they moved us from a 5 star hotel to a 3 star hotel. Again, they said they would call within a week and we waited for many weeks. I called over 18 times and they kept saying the hotel had been trying to call. NOOOOOOOO they did not!!! In the meantime, they had already recieved our payment of $2600!!! When we finally got through to the hotel (left over 20 phone messages with them), they said my sister did not qualify and that because I was married and not travelling with my husband, they could not put it under my name!!!I am sooooo frustrated and we just want our money back. I paid over $1500 originally for this package and regret ever doing so!!!! What a MISTAKE.

Absolutely NOT a company to do business with. They claim when they call that I purchased a vacation package with them pre COVID, but that I never used it. Their website is sketchy and there are numerous rules and conditions, they finally said in addition, I would have to attend a time share brief. If you really want a vacation package, visit a travel agent, or go to one that is accredited and is actually legit like ******** or Hilton.

Paid $900 to upgrade a package that *** have expired. Didn't try to use the WWV package for 2 or 3 months and realized could not give 60 day required notice for international travel. The next time I made sure to give over 60 days notice. I was told the 1st available date was over 5 months away. If 2 to 3 months notice means nothing, the package I paid for is absolutely worthless. Also paid for a airline travel package for just $10 or $20 a month that I cancelled because their price was twice what I found online with kayak. Please beware of any package you buy for WWV.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do require a 60 day notice for international. During high peak times there is a chance that the location can book up faster. What location are you looking to book and when? I can look and see if there is anything we can do to get you accommodated. As for the Premium Travel Concierge, they typically find discounted rates. You are not obligated to use them to book any of your travel needs.

scam, scam.they called saying that I had so many vacations banked through other timeshare, and never tooked them. they offered to combine them with a fee of 698 U.S. dollars so i can use them. They told me to go to a website where I can check travel destinations that were offered. Said If I didn't like the program I can get my money back. I checked I didn't like what they offered and I cancelled. They were suppose to refund my money with 30 days. This all took place on January 16, 2024. I called the next day to cancel. Still have not received my refund. I keep calling at first they promise I should see the refund with 2 days. Call after call and promises about the refund and still don't have it. So frustrating! Beware of this scam.

I received a call today from World Wide Vacations asking me why I have not used my vacation package, and letting me know that it had expired. They put the "manager" on and said that I could reinstate my package for $299. (They said I paid $400).I have no record in my emails of the email they said they sent to me, and the card they said I used was a different number 3 years earlier. Also I would not have bought a travel package in the middle of the pandemic!! the 2 people who I spoke with before the manager gave me the same line..."only work here 2 days", so I had to speak with the manager.I don't think I bought this package. I have no recollection of it. I think this company got my contact info...phone, email address and credit card number from some other travel or hotel company and are scamming people into spending money to "renew".I also got the same explanation that they don't keep transaction records so no record of my payment, and they can't send the original email, only confirmation after I renew.Beware of this scam.

I also received a call today inviting me to extend my vacation package that was purchased in 2020. The person was very pushy, stating that they can only email me further information IF I pay the fee right now to EXTEND MY PACKAGE - citing that our package was only extended b/c of the pandemic. He said that I need to pay "the taxes" which comes to about $299. He refused to send me any explaination by email (despite teling me they had my email) until I pay this fee. period.I cannot find my paperwork from the purchase to confirm the expiration date of ****.?! and he explained that the previous company, owned or contracted by Hilton, is out of business. He said they have now taken over the accounts for the previous company. And he refused to email me any information, my only option to pay **** fee "on the spot".Maybe i have something to recover following covid, but this ********* pressure approach is horrible.

Received a call to extend my vacation package that was purchased in 2020. Stating that they can extend the package b/c of the pandemic if I would like to pay $299 for taxes. I reviewed my paperwork from the purchase that shows expiration date of ****.?! Theyve explained that the previous company is out of business. Theyve taken over the previous company.

Scam Alert! I paid my initial package price. Booked a vacation to PV Mexico in July, paid more fees, apparently reservation was lost, called multiple times getting excuse after excuse and run and and run around. Attempting to get money back and now saying no refund even though THEY cancelled my reservation. When I ask to speak to a manager, conveniently they aren’t available (more run around). Currently awaiting call back. I’ve already lost a lot of money. We’ll see if they follow through and refund my resort fees I paid for the trip THEY CANCELLED!! Super frustrating. This is a scam!!

    World Wide Vacations, LLC

    Date: 11/07/2023

We apologize for any inconvenience, however you requested to cancel your reservation because the resort does not confirm reservations more than 60 days out. Your requested dates are in January, which would have been confirmed in November. We spoke with you on several occasions and let you know this. You do not lose the funds, they remain on your account as a credit to rebook your reservation which is told to you and sent to you in an email. We are more than happy to book the reservation again for you if you would like. We look forward to hearing from you.
