    We hired Mr. ***** to come out for a home inspection. He found tile damage on the exterior roof which was thought to be a probable cause of a leak in an upstairs bedroom. However, he failed to fully check the attic which showed significant damage from solar panel installation of the previous owner. Due to his significant blunder, we are forced to deal with a huge roofing repair issue as a new homeowner. We put all of our trust in Mr. ***** as a home inspector to fully check the ins and outs of our home and are extremely upset and disappointed that he missed such a major roofing issue found in the attic. We even paid him twice and Mr. ***** still failed to check the attic both times. He also failed to check a wine fridge and we found out it is not cooling properly after closing on the house. Mr. ***** said he provides his customers with a 90 day warranty. However the warranty does not cover such accessory appliances such as a wine fridge and the roofing repair is an extremely high amount that the warranty will not fully cover. I would not recommend him to anyone buying a home, do not put your trust in him as a home inspector.

    ON MAY 8, 2023, OUR SALES COOPERATING SALES ASSOCIATE *********************************** ****** OF *************************************** (COOPERATING BROKER) WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IN ******* SUGGESTING AND RECOMMENDING QUALITY INSPECTIONS LLC TO DO THE HOME INSPECTIONS FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION ***********************************************************. **************** GUARANTEED ** (WORD OF MOUTH) THAT QUALITY INSPECTIONS WILL DO A GOOD **** **************** IS OUR SALES AGENT WE TRUSTED HER AND AGREED TO WHAT SHE'S TELLING US ABOUT THE QUALITY INSPECTIONS LLC. CREDENTIAL AND REPUTATION. ON MAY 10, 2023, QUALITY INSPECTIONS SENT US A HARD COPY OF THE HOME INSPECTION REPORT. UPON REVIEWING HIS REPORT, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACT MR. ******* TO LET HIM KNOW HIS REPORT IS INSUFFICIENT AND I WANT HIM TO RE-INSPECT THE HOUSE TO PROTECT OUR $350.000.00 HOME INVESMENT. THE HOME INSPECTOR REFUSING TO HELP COOPERATE WITH US. HIS HOME QUALITY INSPECTIONS ARE NOT SATISFACTORILY GUARANTEED. HE DIDN'T DO COMPREHENSIVE HOME INSPECTIONS LIKE HE SAID IN HIS SERVICES. AS HIS CUSTOMER HE FAILED TO PROVIDE *****'S BEST INTEREST AND PROTECTION.MY FAMILY AND I ARE REQUESTING THAT THIS AMOUNT OF $400.00 WE PAID WILL REIMBURSED BACK TO US BECAUSE HE IS NOT RELIABLE AND COMPETENT HOME INSPECTOR. IF HE IS NOT WILLING TO REIMBURSE THE MONEY, WE PAID HIM AT LEAST HAVE A DECENCY TO HIRE ANOTHER QUALIFIED HOME INSPECTION TO PROVIDE US A CORRECT HOME INSPECTION OR FINISH THE **** I DON'T HAVE PEACE OF MIND SINCE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THE SOUNDNESS AND STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE PROPERTY. AN INDEPENDENT HOME INSPECTION MUST BE QUALIFIED HOME INSPECTOR AND MUST PROVIDE FULLY INFORMATION WE NEED TO MAKE A WISE DECISION.THE ONLY THING THAT THIS HOME INSPECTOR DID TO US WAS SENDING US A RECALL CHECK REPORT FOR MJOR APPLIANCES.PLEAS HELP US. I HAVE DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT THIS COMPLAINT. I AM NOT GOOD IN TECHNOLOGY TO UPLOAD THE INFORMATION.

    I am filing a complaints and claims to Quality Inspections LLC, Home Inspector, ****************** whose post office address is *************************************************************************

    My claims are the following:

    1.  Roof Inspections and Attic Inspections - Air dampers in ducts hearing banging sound in master bedroom bathroom attick everytime it rained.  Today it's raining in Poincianacommunity.  (Estimate Cost $300)

    2. Plumbing - hearing water running behind laundry, guest bathroom, and master bedroom everytime it rained.  (Cost:will get free quote estimate for plumbing inspection)  

    3. Exterior Entry Door - Cracks and Gaps and deadbolt misaligned  (Cost:  will get free  carpentry (door) repair quote)

    4. Kitchen Cabinets misaligned.  (Cost:  will get free cabinet repair quote)

    5. Electrical Issues in the guest bathroom  (Cost $740.00)

    6. Foundation Issues (Cost: will get free inspections quote

    we conducted this inspection like thousands of inspections we did and sent the report. the buyer think that every paint scratch or any type of cosmetic issue that she consider defect should be in the report. we explained many times that she has no legitimate complain and the pics she sent has no issues. 

    the problem is with the client she has an obsessive mental issue and we cannot help her any further.
