    The part I ordered was initially on back order for 6 weeks. 8-9 weeks go by, and I asked for another update. Not only was the representative respectful, kind, and understanding, but they sent me an equivalent, had it customized to my liking, and gave me more money in my refund (price difference between original and new item). Definitely recommend!! A+

    This company should not even be a company they will take your money and leave you high and dry, and apparently don’t even know what there stock is that or they don’t know how to update a website, i ordered wheels from them about a month ago now and only about 2 weeks ago was told the wheels i had ordered had been back ordered 6-12 weeks, well they got into contact with me under the wrong name (could be a mistake) and let me know but the thing is they take their sweet time to get back to you they have responded 1 other time since this first email, i asked for a refund and they told me the only thing they can do is give me in store credit of the amount that i had spent, so its been about another 2 weeks of trying to call them and or email them to get information about what will happen and still no response, so if your looking for car parts or other things i suggest going for trusted companies such as fitment industries tire rack and other companies that have been trusted, i stuck my neck out to see how this company would treat me and would handle things and obviously it was a mistake, i suggest not ordering, and or buying anything from this company STAY AWAY!!!

    purchased a part for my vehicle only to be told it will take 3 months to process. 3 months turned into a whole year still haven’t received the part. they blocked me on Instagram and access to their website. didn’t even give me an option for a refund
