I booked a room back in December and I lost my ID so I was unable to check in even though I hàd a picture of it on my phone. I was charged $372.00 and never step foot inside the room. The manager has refused to reach out to me.

Thank you for the review. We apologize to hear about your frustration. We have been in contact with the third party and yourself about the reservation on Dec 12th, 2021. We do have a policy of providing a valid Government ID, but no one in your party could provide one, nor a valid credit card to hold for incidentals. Again, we apologize to hear about your frustration.

Yes I did have a credit card cause you stole my money. I paid for the room with my card which cost $372.00 and never stepped foot inside of the hotel room. I want my money back!!! My next step is contacting ABC action news to do an investigation.

We apologize to hear about your frustration. We see that you booked thru Expedia and paid thru Expedia direct. The accompanying guests you registered to the reservation was unable to provide a credit card at time of check-in for incidentals. They informed us they would be reaching out to you. We apologize if there is some confusion as we held the room for you but no one was able to provide a valid credit card at time of check-in for incidentals. If you would like we can have someone from our management team reach out.

I understand there maybe a fee for this issue, but to take all of my money is not right. It's not like the hotel was sold out and you didn't have extra rooms. I deserve a credit or at least a partial refund. I spoke with Expedia and they tried to get my refund and they explained that it was the hotel refusing my refund. This has been going on for months and it's bad customer service on the mangers part for not reaching out to me in regards to this situation.
