This is a 3rd party service that helps with SAM.gov registration. They pose as a govt agency and told me they are one, that I need their service in order to proceed with a service that's actually free. They charged $599 and then upsold me to $2100. I sent a request for a refund within 24 hours - their website says they have a 48 hour policy - as soon as I realized they've cheated me and lied to me. However, they are not sending me my refund receipt. I've called their customer service number 4 times and each rep **** hang up on me as soon as I say I'm calling about a cancellation. I think they charged my company card another $2100 but they won't tell me so I don't know!! I asked for a full refund but they aren't confirming they've given it.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/11) */ At no time does USFCR represent as the government or imply that any customer must use our services to be an approved vendor. Customer requested to cancel on 3/8 and was refunded and contacted the same day from the billing department to confirm the full refund had been processed and provide receipts. Please see attached.

This company reached out promising us they can perform certain services for our company then charging $2500 for those services that was never performed. We reached out to them plenty of times regarding the issues and demanding a refund and was giving the run around every time. They knew they was in the wrong and would promise extra services which they still couldn't perform on. So I emailed them today and get a email back saying a company named "usfcr" is taking over their contracts because they abruptly shut down the company out of nowhere in December without properly informing us about this. So I contacted this usfcr company and the lady was extremely rude when I was asking questions because I was so blind sided by this information and states "they are no longer in business and there is no one you can talk to about this and they are taking over the contracts and it's nothing we can do about it" I will also be finding that company and posting a review as well and would like to seek legal help against both of these companies because it's obvious fraud is being committed and that isn't right or fair business practice.

I have a small transportation business and was seeking to start an application to explore government contracts. I learned that the federal government works exclusively through, lists all government contracts on one website, SAM. I gathered all of my documentation needed for registration and prepared to complete the process with SAM. I found a website that indicated it was the SAM registration and started the process. The website asked for all the usual required government identification: EIN, date of incorporation for my business and lastly the credit card information needed for your business account. I filled it out and got a notice stating it would take 2-3 days for the registration to go through. Well, a few minutes went by and I got a charge on my credit card for $599.00 for a registration for SAM. SAM is a government site that's free of chargethe government does not charge small businesses for participating. I quickly called the number about the charge for a $599.00 fee and this creepy, guy answers and says he's from SAM. I realized right away this was a scam. He explains to me that he can "help me with my SAM registration" and that the government is notoriously difficult to navigate and I should not "go at it alone". I told this man I never agreed to pay for any service and that I did not need his help, I wanted a refund. He assured me I could receive one but that I needed his help to "get it right with SAM". I ignored him and asked for the contact information for billing because I wanted a full refund. He explained the billing department did not have a contact number but he would provide a refund "right away". I called back this morning and they did not answer, instead they sent me an email stating I needed to complete a refund request and that there is a cancellation fee. I emailed them and made sure to include the words "fraudulent", impersonating a government site", and "misrepresentation" but I am not closer to getting my money back. Warn others

In July of 2021 I purchased the Simplified Acquisition Program (SAP) from USFCR. The program promised full System for Award Management (SAM) registration and assistance in winning government contracts and obtaining contracts through the SAP. My business was already registered in SAM so it was unnecessary for USFCR to take any action on that part. They still did take action which made my SAM account deactivate and required my action to correct. I received minimal if any guidance on government contracting and despite repeated attempts discussing it with my assigned advisor received nothing concerning the SAP program. It appears to me that USFCR's business model preys on unknowing business owners and charges then fees for "guidance" on either things that are free or that they do not help with. I have attempted to obtain a refund for the services not rendered but my advisor has cut off contact with me.

I am a small, minority-owned business. I register with SAM.gov to be eligible for federal contracts and was then routed to USFCR to consult with them on getting a government contract. During this process, after a small call and discussion of what they did, I was asked to pay a $599 registration fee. I told the gn=entleman that I was already registered with SAM and I did not need to register again. he assured me that the service he would provide would not include SAM registration fees and that I would be able to obtain a contract by working with them. After having a few phone calls to discuss the details of this agreement, we walked through the process, and payment was made for the service that he said he would provide. Unfortunately, after payments were made representatives from USFCR begin to start calling me trying to get me to register with SAM.gov and I was told until I use their process to register I could not use any of their other services. I tried reaching out to the gentleman that I initially spoke with regarding this process but was not able to get in contact with him. I put in a request to have someone call m, I did receive a call however I was told that I just need to follow the process, pay an additional $599, and re-register with SAM. I was taken aback by the unprofessional customer service that I was receiving and requested a cancellation/refund because of misinformed information. I like to think I am an educated person and not easily scammed; however, this misinformation happened and I didn't realize it was a scam. As a sole-proprietor, this loss of money does have a huge impact and it is very disappointing as I work hard to earn my living. I would love help to secure a full refund if possible.

I received an email from US Federal Contracting regarding our soon to expire SAM registration. On 10/12/21 I followed the link in the email thinking that I was dealing with SAM - a Government program. I started to fill out the registration information but couldn't finish it for whatever reason. I had already agreed to pay them $599.00 for their services. Only seconds after I closed out the browser I received a phone call from the company wanting to finish the registration. I did not finish the registration. I received several phone calls within the next 2 months regarding finishing the registration. I finally got on line and was able to figure out how to complete this myself without using their services. Stephanie called me in December at which time I told her I had completed this myself and requested a refund. She said I had not paid their company - I have the credit card statement to prove otherwise. She called me back on 1/5/22 to complete the registration. I once again told her I had completed this myself and didn't need their services. She again told me I had not paid her company. During the course of our conversation she lied several times - she said she had only called me once when in fact it was at least 3-4 times. She took my words out of context and twisted them to suit her purposes. The conversation ended with her saying she would check with her "back" office about a refund. I'm sure I will never hear from them again. This company has to be stopped. They are robbing small businesses and getting away with it by tricking companies into thinking they are dealing with SAM. When asking for a refund, they get belligerent and start lying.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/07) */ Customer should have been directed to send a cancellation request directly to the billing department to be addressed. Refund has been issued and proof sent to the client. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/01/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I checked our credit card this morning to find that a refund has been posted to our account. While I don't believe this was due to the person who called me, but more to the fact that I had lodged a complaint with the BBB, I am satisfied that they have refunded our money. Something still needs to be done about they way they present themselves to potential customers, and pretend to be part of the government, SAM. Their representatives who make phone calls to customers need to be much less aggressive in the manner in which they speak to their customers. I was raised with the slogan "Customer is King" or "The customer is always right". You won't get far with tactics that are designed to bully.

I got an email today from USFCR. These are direct quotes from their email: "Your SAM Registration is out of compliance. If your business is still pursuing new federal opportunities, you must renew your SAM registration today." And "This is your last email before your company is added to the Government's Watch List. If you do not renew your registration on time, your business will be flagged for not having an up-to-date registration, and no longer be eligible for new contracts." I logged onto SAM.gov and my registration is good until April, 2023. This is false advertising and scare tactics. And I did waste the better part of an hour checking my SAM.gov registration and researching USFCR to try to figure out what authority they have to send me an email like this. They should be censured. They should not be allowed to send emails like this.

Beginning on 12/01/20 we began dealing with USFCR. We are a prosthetic office in Albuquerque NM. On 12/01/21 we paid $599.00 and $2995.00 to USFCR. The $599.00 was to renew our SAM registration with SAM.org. This registration allows our office to have VA contracts. During this time, ************ asked the representative, Mr. John L., if we could renew for a 6 year period. We were told we could so we gave the additional $2995.00 to renew for a total of 6 years. On 12/08/21, we gave UFSCR $4950.00 to correct & renew our VA contract due to incorrect address. Mr. John L. guaranteed the restoration of our VA contract. What we received was the opportunity to BID on unrelated contracts. We did not receive our VA contract. UFSCR is not associated with the VA. The only contract we signed was for the $599.00. We have since learned that our SAM registration compliance was only renewed for 1 not 6 years and that the registration is free with SAM.org.
