6/25/24 Dear BBB,On 4/6/24, I ordered Montkush gummies sleep formula and a pain roll on from Shop HQ via a television advertisement. My order # was ********. The gummies were $54.00 and the pain relief was $30.00.On or around April 19, 2024, I called the company to let them know while I did receive the gummies, the pain relief product was missing. They indicated that it was on back order, and I should receive in a couple of weeks.I also told the rep, that I needed to exchange the gummies because my doctor said the gummies had too much sugar, and would be harmful to me. I asked to exchange the gummies sleep formula for the sleep capsules. The rep said OKAY, and asked that I look out for the return shipping label in my email. She also offered me and put on my file, credit toward my next purchase for my back-order inconvenience. I waited for over a week for the label. I even checked my spam file. Nothing had been sent to me. I called again, and was told that there was a record of my previous call. However, a different rep indicated that she did not know what happened to the label, but she would re-send it. Again, I did not receive the label. After another call, I was told that it was too late. I only had 30 days to make an exchange. I was upset, and told the rep the above story, explaining my effort to get a return label. She just apologized and said it was nothing she could do. Even though I asked, she refused to allow me to speak to a member of management.I respectfully want a refund of $54.00 from Montkush for the gummies. I still have them intact (never opened) of which I would be happy to return to the company if they send me a label.The reason, I know longer want the exchange is because,I do not wish to conduct business with a company that does not respect their customers time, money, or health situation.Respectfully, yours,******************************
