      I received text and voicemail from ************************* "regarding Kubota equipment" and instructing me to call them. I NEVER purchased anything from ****** and DO NOT Owe Kubota any money. Over the past 2 months I have received over 100 calls, supposedly from Kubota about this issue and finally blocked them out of frustration. Now this ACS collection agency has started harassing me with calls and texts, apparently over the same issue. Will you PLEASE make them leave me alone? Thanks in advance for your time.

      I received an email from a fake debt collection agency threatening to **** a criminal charges against me for an alleged past due loan debt. The company is fake. This is a scam. I never took out a loan wuth them.

      I received an email from *** claiming that an arrest warrant was going to be issued for me if I didn't resolve an outstanding debt today. I inquired about the debt but wasn't given any information other than it was only email correspondence. The email asked that I go to ******* to purchase a money card in the amount of $450 and then email the card information and then I would receive a receipt stating the debt was paid in full. The email came from Cash Advance Debt ***********************************

      This company sent me a phony email about a fake debt. Seems to be what they do.

      I received an email today 06/04/2024 as a follow up to a question I asked back in 2020 when I received a lengthy, threatening email. The threat is legal action via wage garnishment. I inquired of proof of debt and was told they didnt have a contract because I never signed one. I requested cease and desist and they still contacted me.

      I got an email stating an arrest warrant is issued if I don't pay the amount listed but never gave any more info and doesn't have my name

      I just looked through old emails and noticed ACS trying to get over me in 2016 and now in 2024 here they are using debt collection agency to call me about it when I know for a fact that ************************************************** this is a phony email!!! No they don't scare me on the phone call please keep these scams away from me I'm tired of it.

      Yes this person emailed me making legal threats stating I have 3 charges from this company I have no payday loans trying to scam money and they say there not and I see it there lying I like to know how they came across my email I want them arrested for harassment no one makes legal threats like that and I am going to report those proclaiming and posing as a lawyer and there not to the *** and also proclaiming there a senior law enforcement officer and there not this person is in ****** ***** same come company I got the emails if you need them.
