      Last Nov 3 I asked the help of Red Royal to find the issue in my house. The issue was the entire lights are flickering and most of the appliances are losing power but turning on. They told me that there is a service call and I agreed to pay. They went to my house and do some inspections and told me the solution is to have a dedicated line for the microwave and dedicated line for the dishwasher and see if it will fix the issue. I was quoted another option which the electrician said the better option, was to change the entire panel. I agree to both and took their service for the dedicated line. I agree and asked for thier service knowing they are the expert and used their services 3 times already. 

      install day Nov 7, I asked the electrician if the recommended solution was the correct diagnosis to my issue and he said yes. So I let him proceed with the job. But during some preliminary testing he told me to call *********** after he finish his job. Right there I knew something is going on. So I called **** and let them know the issue and said that they will send a lineman that day. 6 hours later the red royal electric was still working the Duke ******* came and went to the back and looked at their pole and determined right away that the issue was on their side. So the red royal electrician took advantage of my ignorance about electrical and convinced me that the dedicated line and panel replace was the solution. It frustrates me because they are the expert and even I go to both option the issue will not be fixed as the issue is with ****.  What if the Duke lineman did not come that day then I was already scammed. Now I ave a moral obligation to prevent this from happening to other people here in ******* especially the senior citizen. What frustrates me is I used thier services for 3 times and this is how they will treat a loyal customer?       Hello. We spoke to ************************** several times and apologized for the misunderstanding and error ************** made. We have fully refunded him for this service. We also sent one of our Service Managers to his home right away to further rectify this issue. We followed up to ensure he did in fact receive his refund and him and his wife confirmed they did receive it.

      2 years and 4 months ago I hired the company to install 5 ceiling fan boxes. Last week one of the ceiling fan box installations failed and the box fell through the ceiling. I contacted the company to come for a repair. The tech came out and said that the installation was definitely performed incorrectly but it was 4 months outside their warranty window so I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. The tech also agreed that he has never seen an installation fail and that the tech that did the original work had been fired for other issues. Despite this he refused to take care of the issue free of charge. Additional background information: when the initial installation was performed one of their techs put his foot through my ceiling. They sent a repair person to fix the damage but it was never fixed to my satisfaction. The company continued to slow walk the issue to the point that I was over dealing with them. Also 3 of the 5 boxes were installed to low and they had to come back a second time and reinstall them. One of these was the box that failed later and fell through the ceiling.

      We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction as is evidenced by our reviews. Once we were made aware of this situation, we refunded the customer and had a professional repair his ceiling. He stated he was impressed and would do business with us again. We are pleased we were able to resolve this issue quickly for him.
