This company evidently changed its business name because under Clearwater TV Service at this same address, the owner specifically as well as his techs got many negative and derogatory reviews for alleged cheating, over pricing, not repairing as promised, not returning items etc etc etc In my case he came to my home with no meters or tools except a small screwdriver, took the back off the set, looked around and told me he had to take set back to shop to repair, all within 4-5 minutes. The $89.98 service call would not include the return of the set. This was an older projection 6' large screen tv and after a week I called for the estimate and they told me they hadn't checked it yet. This was one of many of those previous complaints listed online and should have forewarned me. A week later I called back and was told the set couldn't be repaired and a week later after another call from me, they returned it after asking if I wanted them to keep and dispose of it. (Right!) When it came back the entire front screen from in front of the speakers (size 3' s 5') was not with it and they insisted it wasn't on the set when they took it away. I disputed that and he finally admitted that it would have been stupid or noted if they took it without a screen. (I never did get the screen back). For the next couple months I reviewed the customer reviews for this business and saw a number of new complaints about this company. My personal advice after dealing with them - BEWARE - BEWARE AND RUN AWAY My rating of 1 star for this business is only that high because there are no 0 stars or minus ratings and BBB requires a star rating.
