During a recent audit/reconciliation of our commercial account, we discovered this company has been automatically debiting our corporate account for products/services not authorized. During the months of November 2021 through March 2022, $99.95 has been debited each month through the *** process, and during the months of April 2022 through August 2022, our bank was presented with a bogus check for $99.95 indicating that the check is electronically signed. We did not authorize or sign an electronic check disclosure for an automatic withdrawal against our account.The check presented to our bank has the payee as "Evobulls Dba ************** **** with a customer support telephone number of ************. When I called on September 6th, I spoke with *******, who claimed to be "payment support" for **************. He indicated the product is to list our company in the ****** directory. He also claimed that ******************* authorized the monthly auto-debit. I called again on September 7, 2022, and spoke with ******* indicating that our company officer(s) did not authorize and to send our business the contract, invoice, and/or electronic disclosure to our business email. We have yet to receive any documentation as it was promised within the hour of my call. I also indicated that all drafts against the account should cease.We have contacted our bank and notified them of the unauthorized drafts. I am providing you with a copy of the latest draft presented against our account. Evobulls has created a check using our bank routing number and account number that has been blocked out for security reasons. The address on the check for ***** *********** is a branch location and they do not use addresses under their logo.We are seeking proof of authorization with documentation to support products/services provided or full restitution in the amount of $799.60.
