  ******** *** is out of this world. She helped me with picking out diamond earring studs. After an incident with International Diamond Center I wish I would have come to Gold and Diamond Source first. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend ******** to help you with any of your purchases. If youre looking for a reputable jeweler this is the place the Gold and Diamond Source.

  ***************************** welcomed and greeted us as if we were friends. By the end of our visit, we were friends, as she allowed us to get acquainted with the store, their employes and best of all...their merchandise. We were very comfortable working with her to find that "perfect" diamond to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. Thanks to her and the entire staff, we are extermely satisfied customers. A.J. is very knowledgeable and took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for - special gifts for our granddaughters, as well as gold bands for our 50th anniversary.   *********** hours today spent with ******. I took in all my old jewelry and exchanged it for cash but since they were doubling the amount for jewelry today I decided to look around. ****** showed me some great options and together we found some beautiful pieces. She was so patient and fun I felt like I was with my best friend. Best experience ever!!! Thanks ******. ****

  Absolutely horrible experience. The worst customer service I have ever had at a supposedly upper end jewellery store. Think of a bad car dealership experience but, only worse. Our family has spent thousands at this establishment but, I do not recommend spending a ***** here. **** the sales manager was extremely rude. We got there at opening just a little after 10am and, didnt leave until 1:30. My soon to be fianc and I went there to look over what we previously picked out on an other date there. They did not have that setting any longer and **** wasted our time picking out a bunch of other setting we did not like. We asked her to please just price out what we originally liked. She chose not to listen to either of us. I had a $30,000 budget to spend on this engagement ring. **** blatantly ignored my request when I was picking out rings and only focused on my girlfriend. **** would leave us for many minutes at a time giving us time to spend $1800 on things we didnt come for. Over 48hrs later we still dont have a price. After trying to address this issue the owner ***** asked that we just not shop there anymore but, would not refund our purchases we just made. On a positive note. We would have never went to INTERNATIONAL DIAMOND CENTER Which is just down the street from this nasty place. I have to say. The customer service at idc was great. They will be getting my business for now on and hopefully The gold and diamond source will one day be out of business if they stick to this tactic. Btw we were trading in a wedding set that was purchased at *** **** *** ******* ****** they advertised they will let you trade in and upgrade. Just to let you know we spent $5000 on the original purchase from THE GOLD AND DIAMOND SOURCE and they were only going to give us $2200. ************* ******* ****** gave us $2700 for the same set. Dont be fooled by these ***** and dont expect loyalty or good customer service Im completely done with this company.

  I am sorry to hear you were so unhappy, we were confused as you thanked your associate up and down for her patience and working with you on the way out.  However, as we said before if you are more comfortable with another jeweler as we do not sell or set lab grown diamonds, please feel free to use them.  Certainly if your budget was in fact $30,000 you would certainly have been able to purchase a GDS natural diamond, which would have 100% trade in value.   We respect your decision to purchase a lab grown diamond which is much less expensive, as they are already plummeting in value.  We do not sell or mount them as we tried to explain to you because they have zero trade in value (ZERO) and are clearly not in the best interest of our consumers.
  
  We are family owned, and honesty and integrity is important to us.  We could have become involved in this very profitable lab grown business, but it again is a bad choice for consumers.
     
  Our associate went out of her way trying to accommodate your request for a mounting from Gold & Diamond Source, but you needed it custom made in a size 9 with very unique Kite shape diamonds.  This can not be instantaneously quoted.  Our designers have to price them for you, however you were extremely angry within hours and posted this they next day?
    
  You called the store and spoke to several people who tried to help you and to no avail you just screamed at them.  
  We are a private business and if you are extremely rude, threatening, and unreasonable, we do have the right to say its best for you to choose another jeweler you feel can serve you better, which is what we did.  We are not sure why you kept calling over and over if you have someone you are happy with by all means work with them.  You have not purchased anything with us, but your fianc purchased some of her own items (approximately $1800) which we happily sent instructions on how to return if she likes, but we have not received them yet. We again are happy to work with her but after your behavior and messages, we have trespassed you at this time.   
  
  Again, we have hundreds of happy clients per day and I am sorry you were not happy with the total of 6 1/2 hours my team took trying to accommodate your budget.

  What a great experience. I'm just guy with not a lot of interest or knowledge in jewelry. Debbie & Darrell were truly patient, informative and attentive to my needs and wants. The ring we chose and customized was beyond my imagination and extremely affordable. As they say, "You get what you pay for".... I got more. I will certainly be back.
