I agree owners are scammers BEWARE…I am a very dissatisfied customer. This co. holds no GC. LICENSE They use other companies license. Very fraudulent They left the job unfinished and have been paid 90% they have failed multiple inspections And pasco county Florida inspector has failed them also. They have left a job over three weeks ago with minimal communication, except for the following line “Thank you for letting us know. We will get back to you as soon as possible.” I’ve spoken with two of the owners, both very unreliable both of them speak exactly opposite of each other. They have no employees but one and they say they have many. They also say they’ve been doing this for 40 years and not one sub that came through to my house has continued to work for them, some subs were not paid, and I had to take it out of my own pocket to compensate the subcontractors for nonpayment. this contractor caused sufficient damage and left me hanging with an unfinished job on my property worth over $100,000 I will be filing complaints with the departments and agencies that are necessary, and I am filing a suit for damages on my property I would never Use this company. Regrettably, the project faced difficulties, not due to any lack of willingness on our part but, in part, due to the challenges created by the verbal abuse directed at our staff, subcontractors, and others involved in the project.

Maintaining a respectful and collaborative atmosphere is crucial to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. Unfortunately, the verbal aggression and bullying directed towards our team members hindered the smooth progress of the project. Such behavior is contrary to the principles of professionalism and respect that we strive to uphold.

As a licensed general contractor with a track record of successfully pulling permits weekly and completing $1.5 million worth of projects in the past year, we pride ourselves on delivering quality service to satisfied customers.

Regarding the financial aspect, our records indicate you have an outstanding balance of $36,664.40 as of October 2023, meaning that you have paid 69% not 90% as you have stated, since your contract was for $118,503.83. It's important to note that we accommodated change orders totaling $26,804.23 throughout the course of the project. This helps to demonstrate our flexibility in adapting to your evolving project. We are committed to addressing this matter promptly and working with you to reach a fair resolution.

Out right lies. The balance after I paid the subs because of their non ability to some subs. Some walked off the job some were fired. I had to hire additional subs to complete the poor work and unfinished jobs. This is why they have an F rating with the BBB. They con artist 100% and some of the subs. I spoke to felt the same way and will never work for them again. Their lack of communication is terrible along with their rudeness in text and telephone.

Part two of my responses that we have hired an attorney to handle this as December 6 2023 They never consider the over priced pieces that they forgot to subtract they double dip on a couple things like sod and a few other things thinking people may not see it but when we realize it its three to $6000 more.

Our records indicate that the initial proposal outlined the required amount of sod, and post-installation, we credited your account for any difference between the actual and proposed quantities. We paid $1863.90 deposit for only pavements and iron rail enclosure and after few months they gave a rendering of a botanical garden which we had not requested and then gave a proposal of over $180k stating that $900 would be credited from the deposit. We requested for refund and was declined. Nothing was done and we have nothing in our hands. No measurement was done and we have no idea how they give proposals without actual measurements. We did not have our construction additions to our house even started as we had just hired the architecture to draw the plan and they had referred us to him.

Thank you for your review.  I have reviewed your file.  As per your contact you paid $1863.90 for a 3D design.  The contract explains you would receive a 50% credit should you decide to hire us to do the actual work.  You opted not to move forward with  our company and so there would be no such credit.  You signed the contract and you signed that you were satisfied with the design.  Once we quoted the job we never heard back from you and it's my understanding two different employees attempted to reach out to you quite a few times.
