I paid Mr. * 1200$ upfront at the end of February in hopes he could help or consult with a HOA dispute. Hes done nothing. Ignored me for months. Not a single call back, text back, nothing. I paid and he did nothing. Took advantage of older man with accent. Called over 9 times, sent numerous texts, nothing.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/16/2023

The information contained in this report is almost entirely false. This gentleman hired me to assist him in analyzing his options regarding a dispute with his association. I not only met with him, but I had several extensive conversations with him. As part of my work, I reviewed extensive documentation that was provided to me as well as statutes that applied to the issues. I also corresponded with multiple attorneys involved in the case, had several telephone conferences with those attorneys and corresponded with the association.Following that, I had a couple of conversations with him to discuss the results of my investigation and analysis. He did not like the answers that I gave him.

Apparently he texted me on one occasion when I was in the car which I did not return. He claims to have made multiple phone calls to me but did not leave a single message. I have received no voicemails from him and have checked my voicemail records. At his request I have prepared a final bill, reflecting my work and services and sent him a refund for the unused time. This work took place over the course of over three (3) weeks   There were approximately 15 separate time entries for work performed on his behalf.  Under the circumstances what was said in the complaint is patently false and demonstrably false since the claim is that nothing was done. Quite a bit was done as evidenced by telephone records, emails and correspondence to various individuals involved in this matter.

Therefore ask that the complaint be withdrawn as it is false.
