            Date of Transaction: 4/8/2022, 4/22/2022 Amount of Money Paid: $6,240.What they Committed: When installing vapor barrier under our home, a plumbing line and electrical lines were damaged. They repaired the plumbing. ********************* stated he would pay for the electrical repairs. Nature of Dispute: When asked if he worked with an electrician, ***** stated he did not. So we hired *************. On 4/22/2022 ************* emailed Underhome Armor an invoice for $925.00. On April 27, in an email, he states the invoice was received. We thought it was paid.Did business try to resolve problem: I was shocked, when in a Feb. 10, 2023 email, ************* states Underhome Armor never paid the invoice. They discovered this when getting their paperwork ready for tax filing. I called ***** and he states that **** was negligent in not sending reminders, that he cannot remember and he is not going to look back into this. We have paid ************* and sent Underhome an invoice directly from us. He is not communicating. Several documents have been emailed and physically mailed, to no response. This is why BBB is being contacted. Underhome Armor has business insurance and there is no reason for them to not cover their errors and pay the $925.00.

            I was charged $7000 for my flooring for five soft spots and none were done. I found out they wanted to charge me extra money. Meanwhile, they have addicts for workers getting high on the job and working in boxers so unprofessional. I have videos and pictures I will share this on social media too.

            Miriam signed an agreement and was very excited when we gave her an exceptional discount and could get these repairs done right away. One thing was not on that signed agreement and that was to brace of soft spots in her floor from underneath that she asked us about the day of the repairs were started and after she had already signed the agreement. We said we could do them for free because that's how I run my company, I do the most I can for every customer of mine, and Miriam was so excited she went to the bank and got a check ready. Once she found out those free repairs that weren't on the agreement couldn't be done she turned and sent threatening texts to my inspector and decided to post bad reviews everywhere and of course not pay a penny of the $7,000 agreement. Now she refuses to let us on her property and has no intent of working anything out. All of our unpaid material and labor that exceeds $7,000 now sits installed underneath of her home. I have text screenshots and the agreement as proof.

            The contract should’ve been in the homeowner’s name but that was not done correctly. If you offered to do the soft spots for free why would you say it’s another quote? the only thing I ever asked for was soft spots to be fixed this would not be an issue but you said another quote for soft spots. And I have Verbal agreements from your staff Denise, Rick, Shawn, that all knew about soft spots that is recorded. And I took the money out but that contract was not done correctly to my name. Your team is idiots or liars trained.

            So to clarify, you don't have any issues with the work that we did and haven't paid a penny to us for that work yet refuse to let us on your property to rectify and resolve the issue why? You go and spam review us on google and say you want to take our company down why? Because you were told we'd do something FOR FREE on top of the additional work. Why did you sign a contract that doesn't have the one thing you wanted done on it? It's almost like you planned on not paying from the beginning. Just looked for the right opportunity to make a big scene and get $7,000 of work done for FREE! Also, the "crackheads" you can't seem to stop mentioning had their shirts off in your picture because they were soaked in sweat after working underneath your home in 100+ degree weather all day.
