      I sent a box of 100 test strips about 2 weeks ago and they usually pay very quickly. I contacted them several times via email and heard nothing the received a call and they said they lost the package, I would like the money they were supposed to pay me. I handed my shipment directly to a mail carrier and never had a lost package before.

      Each month i send out left over medical supplies to the comonay in which they pay me each month theyres always an issue where they lose my parcel or claim its damaged and i either dont get paid or less money this month i sent out a corresponding amount to the company in which they claim i did not i provided proof of what i sent out and they refused to pay me

      I have gone ahead and reviewed this customer's order and I am seeing that we have only received 2 boxes which we have told the customer. We take photos of all of our orders immediately after opening and inspecting the items to ensure quality. I am not sure if the customer is mistaken in what they placed inside of their shipping box, but we did not receive a third box like they stated. We are not here to scam our customers as we do value building long lasting relationships with our customers. We simply can not pay for items that are not inside of the shipping container that we receive.

      We understand the concerns raised by this customer regarding their recent transaction with us. He is a valued, regular customer who has been shipping products to us monthly for some time.
      In this case, the customer claims to have shipped three items in particular while our records and warehouse team confirm that we received only two. As a company that processes payments for thousands of customers daily, we take every precaution to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we can only pay for items that are received, and our records show that we received and processed payment for the two items in question.
      However, we highly value our relationship with the customer and strive for customer satisfaction. As a goodwill gesture, we are willing to meet halfway and offer a payment of $20 for the third item the customer claims to have sent, despite it not being received by our team.
      We trust this will help resolve the matter in a fair and amicable way, and we look forward to continuing to work with this customer.

      Three weeks of getting the run around.. no check.. they're getting a hold of accounting for three weeks now.. terrible service..

      As the shipment is being handled by ***/****, we, unfortunately, do not have any control over the delivery process or timelines. We understand the customer's frustration with the delay, and we share in their concern over the extended transit time.
      To mitigate this situation, we are in the process of initiating a stop payment request for the check that is currently in transit. Please note that due to our internal processes, a stop payment cannot be finalized until 32 days have passed since the issuance of the check. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this is a necessary procedure to ensure the security and proper handling of payments.
      We assure the customer that they will receive their payment, whether through the successful delivery of the current check or through a new one once the stop payment process is complete.       I sent them dibiatic supplies that I had to sell, with the Thought they would send a check for supplies. Never received check. Instead was giving excuse that all of the shipped items most of been lost in mail. Very unprofessional like and no help from company.

      We reviewed this complaint and we believe this customer may have us confused with another company.  This customer did request a prepaid shipping kit and label from TestStripBuyers, however, the Return Prepaid Shipping label has never been used. We have never received any test strips from the customer, or he would have been paid promptly.  In addition, the customer has not contacted us regarding this issue via phone or email or text communication.

      I sent Teststrip Buyers three boxes of G6 sensors at a rate of payment $240 per box which total $720 total order. Tracking states box was delivered on July 5. I contacted the company. They said they are still waiting on the package to be delivered because they had not received it And I sent them the tracking information so they can track the package themselves to see the result as until now they still saying that they have not received the package. According to post office in ****, that package has been delivered, but the company is still saying they have not received the package , I sent them a picture of the items the serial numbers the box that was shipped in as proof of sending and a copy of their own label. Post office to put in a claim for reimbursement if the company is saying that you. I put in the clean and the post office denied the clean stating their record show that the package was delivered on their end. Supervisor sent me an email on July ***************************************************************** via email nor phone call Until this day. While the Better Business Bureau will be doing their own investigation, I will be sending the company and intent to sue ****** because they are in breach of contract of what their company does after receiving product equipment from consumers with a confirmed receipt and no payments received.

      We apologize for the delay in payment and are aware that the customer shipped their products to us via **** using the return prepaid label we sent them.  Unfortunately, our local post office has had ongoing issues with properly scanning and delivering packages. Although **** tracking indicates that the package was delivered, unfortunately we never received it. We've encountered instances where packages marked as delivered either never arrive or show up months later.
      We value our relationship and trust that the customer sent the products as stated. With that being said, we paid the customer via Paypal on August 5 for the products they stated, that as of yet we do not have. If the package does eventually arrive, we'll let them know.  The delay in payment was due to these frustrating circumstances with ****, and we hope they understand our situation.

      Sent two boxes of omnipod fives which I can no longer use to test strips Buyers Club they agreed to pay me $150 per box the box is expiration dates were 10th month of the 25th year they are now claiming that the boxes only had three months which is a lie

      Regarding this customer's recent order. I want to clarify a few details to ensure we resolve this issue effectively.
      We processed the order on July 15, 2024. The Omnipods we received had an expiration date of 2024-10-25 (October 25, 2024). The shortest expiration date we accept for products in July 2024 is December 2024, which would have a 50% payout..
      II believe here may have been some confusion regarding the expiration date. To assist, Ive attached photos of the boxes showing the expiration date as 2024-10-25. This format might have been misread as October 2025, when inquiring about the price we pay for the Omipods.

      They owe me $530.00 they sent email at 3:12p.m saying I would be paid today, by 7:50pm No payment received via PayPal as promised, this is an on going problem with them. I contacted PayPal No payment ever posted from them. I want my payment and to discontinue any business with this business, they need to take down the ******** page video saying payment upon receiving Strips.

      I was sent a letter requesting that I come back to the company, I had not had issues before so I called and did an order. After I got mailing label, and confirmed package of Strips was mailed and after tracking delivery, *********** informed me that company instructed them to deliver to another location. I called 8 times No answer, funny when I called to send strips they answered now that they have them No answer. I emailed they denied having them even though P. O. Clearly said delivered. This company had good reputation Now I see that there are lots of bad reviews. If you can't pay for the strips stop advertising for people to send them. This is outright deception. I just want my payment.

      Well I sent in six boxes of 50s of test strips two weeks ago and it says a quick turnaround and pay quickly well they don't pay quickly and I count on that money to take care of something else I have to take care and for me to have to wait over 2 weeks to get the check and that's how I want it in a check so how about somebody solving this issue this happens every time I send test strips in to you people and I'm sick of it fast turn around and you are not fast turnaround

      We regret to inform the customer that there was a delay in processing their payment due to an issue with the return shipping label. Unfortunately, the return shipping label we sent them did not clearly display their name and Order #, which hindered our ability to swiftly process their payment upon receiving their order.

      However, we've now processed their order as of March 25 and have added an extra $5 to their payout as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.  Their payment check is scheduled to be cut on March 27.
