    On 12/28/2022, I ordered the Last Name With Large Initial Round Family Monogram Metal Art for $99.99. ************. A few days before I ordered the metal art, I emailed the gentleman to ask if I could have the initial B with the name *******. He said he could do anything. As I thought about what I really wanted, I decided that I really didnt want *******, so when I ordered the product a few days later, my order stated that I wanted the initial B with the name *******. Apparently, he did not really check my order very carefully because when I got it, it had the letter B with *******. I emailed him immediately and told him that thats not what I ordered. If he looks at my order, it will say, the initial B with ******* and thats what I want. He said he went by my earlier email but I said my email was NOT my order and if he had any questions, he should have contacted me. Then he said he called me which he DID NOT do. He refuses to send me what I ordered and I do not feel it is fair that I had to pay for a product that I really did not order.
