My wife and I bought a new car and sold them our current car (Not a Trade In). We only owed $10k on our current car and it was worth $26,500 private party. We decided to sell it to Lokey and get an equity check.**** was the finance guy we were sent to. He overlooked the paperwork and without any substance as to why told us that the deal they had written down was wrong and we had to pay $11k more for the new car. I laughed and pointed out that we were not trading a car in just simply selling it. He said I was wrong and held his ground so we got up and left. ******* our salesman (who was great) told us to hang on a moment and he got Elon his manager. Elon went over and sternly corrected **** and apologized to us and then **** realizing his mistake went through with the original deal. During our five hours there (on *********** Day) this same person ****, we watched get verbally berated by several salesman as to why he wasn't doing his job and overhear two commenting that he was too concerned with his gf on Valentines Day (the day we made the transaction) to do his job. We fully financed the new car and were told we'd get a check for our current car that we sold in 48 hours. We arrived Sunday 10 days later, to **** just leaving us a stack of papers. Instead of sitting with his client he walked away and had us find him once we were done. Luckily I have contract aptitude and noticed several areas he didn't highlight that I thought should be initialed. Once we found him he said he was sorry and I was right. So a normal person would have missed that and had to come back a second time since **** cannot do his job. My wife went in today and was able to secure a check and heard story after story about how the owner and **** are personal friends and complaining about him goes no where. They said this is par for the course with **** he is terrible at his job and makes mistakes on every transaction. However it does nothing to complain.

Lokey Nissan apologizes for the initial miscommunication with Ms. ********* vehicle purchase. Initially, the customer was not receiving a check back and the positive trade equity offset the purchase. After the customers husband relayed, he was looking for a check back, the finance manager had the General Sales Manager (***) rework the deal to account for this. The *** then discounted the purchase even further. The customer was informed the check back would be delayed as the purchase documents had to be mailed to the co-owner to sign. After receiving the documents back, they would then need to be sent to the bank. Even after being informed the check would not be available for a few days, the husband proceeded to call the dealership every day asking if the check was ready. His wife, who was on the deal, understood the process and apologized for his behavior.

Lokey Nissan would like to clarify the situation regarding Luiss purchase of the Armada and the TV installation.

**** purchased the Armada and placed an order for two TVs. However, the contract for the purchase was never fully signed. There were multiple attempts to schedule a bank interview, which **** declined each time.Without the signed contract and the bank interview being completed, Lokey Nissan is unable to proceed with the installation of the TVs.

Once Lokey Nissan informed **** that the contract needed to be finalized before the TV installation, he became upset and had a heated exchange with the General Sales Manager and Salesperson. Despite repeated attempts to work with him, he has been unwilling to sign the contract or attend the necessary appointments. Lokey Nissan has made it clear the installation cannot proceed without the proper steps being completed, but he has declined to follow through with the necessary requirements.

Lokey Nissan remains committed to resolving this matter and is ready to complete the TV installation once all contract formalities are completed.

I spoke with ******* ***** 10/16/24 regarding a car I was interested in, and he was aware that we would be driving over an hour away to look at the car, when we get to the dealership the car isnt there, no apologies just the car isnt here but we can get you another car. Well that car wasnt there either. So disappointing that he would do business like that just to get us in the door. The car shouldnt have been on the website if it wasnt there, better yet check before the customer comes.Even after the dealership CLAIMS they werent aware the car wasnt there and they needed to take the listing down I checked the next day it was still ******** this is how LoKey Nissan does business And there was no acknowledgement or apology from ******* until it was brought to his attention and absolutely no sign of the manager almost felt discriminatory we ended up getting 100% better customer service from Hgreg.

This is the worst cat lot and sales team I've ever encountered. I've been in sales and hospitality my 28 yrs working and thought I was at a respectable, honest dealer. They changed my money amount to"help" me they said. I'm the end the loan failed and I had to return the car after a month with a promise they had a different vehicle all ready to go instead. It was lies and no because of then I have no car and no money to put down on another that I did when I went to them and told them honestly what I needed and could afford. I felt like I was in a sleazy but here pay here and can't even get a return call now. HORRIBLE!!!

Lokey Nissan AND Nissan ************* refusal to honor warranty on faulty 2024 Nissan Kicks. Apple Car Play feature faulty since mile 1. First was asked specifics by ***************************** in service about our phones and if we used factory cables. We were. After an hour, I was told nothing was wrong and to use factory cables (all the things that ***** verified we WERE doing). So nothing was done, as if the conversation with ***** hadn't happened. When I contacted Service Mgr, *******************, he put me back with ***** promising results. ***** acted friendly and eager, but it was as if we had never had prior conversations, saying diagnosis is imperative. He had us make a video of the problem to send to Nissan, saying they "aren't just going to ***lace a stereo" (implying expensive) and we need proof. He offered a loaner and scheduled another eval. They ordered new USB ports which were not working. When returning, ***** asked if I would be waiting. I said no and asked about the loaner. He said "Of course" and gave me a 24 Nissan Titan, whose Apple Car Play worked flawlessly. When I asked how many days, he said it'd be same day, as if his previous statements about keeping it never happened. He said it would be absurd to keep the car, as if it were my idea. I got the car back. New ports and Nissan USB cables (not factory ones recommended) to "try out" and told a GPS tracker was removed as it "can create interference" with Car Play. [He said they put GPS trackers in all their cars to "keep track of them on the lot" for "service purposes"] Same problems occurred. ***'s help dwindled, saying "I have to check with my engineers". Finally, a call was placed to Nissan Corp to ***ort. After several calls, I was (condescendingly by the *** AND her supervisor *********) refused ***air as they were told no ***airs needed by **********************. I then asked for Mr ********************** and was given *************************** who said this wasn't ok and PROMISED me they would make good. He never contacted me or returned my calls.

Lokey Nissan apologizes for being unable to duplicate the customers concern. The problem was diagnosed with no repair necessary. Additionally, it was verified that the vehicle has the latest software in the audio system. A Nissan Corporate field engineer was also involved in the diagnosis of the software system with the same outcome resulting in no repair necessary.

I have purchased three cars from Lokey Nissan over a period of 10 years and many cars prior as well as one since my last Lokey car purchase at other dealerships. I have NEVER experienced the passive aggressive, condescending, bullying behavior as I did yesterday (Saturday). After I asked several times throughout the 6 hour process for my extra key to go home and they kept bringing out the next big dog to give me a better deal. I seriously almost dialed 911 after they sent me to finance for add ins that would put my monthly payment higher than I wanted to pay. The deal was I would have the same coverage as my trade, at that point I was done and decided against the purchase. I thought these men were not going to let me leave and then they were gaslighting me as if I was crazy for thinking any such thing No one should experience such duress when trying to buy a vehicle. They saw a single female (this comment was even made by the manager) and thought they could take advantage of her. What they didnt realize is they were dealing with a single, self sufficient highly educated woman that was once married to a used car salesman so I saw through their bully tactics. However, it is important to note, I have never in my life felt like I was being held against my will and could not believe they would make someone feel as if false imprisonment force needed to be used just to sell a used car?! And they wouldnt even show me the deals on the new car, only lease options for 5k miles a year. I can only assume because my credit score would qualify me for the excellent interest rates on new vehicles and they wouldnt have been able to get rid of the used car. It is now my understanding that this leadership team came in just a few months the ago, I truly hope they dont try this with someone that would challenge them in court.

Sorry to hear of the customers frustrations with her recent interaction at Lokey Nissan. Lokey Nissan attempts to give every customer a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, Lokey Nissan cannot always meet everyones wishes and demands. Lokey Nissan had agreed to a price for this customers vehicle purchase. Once additional options were presented in the finance office, the customer decided she would like to purchase some but did not want to pay the added costs. These additional options are add-ons and are not required to purchase a vehicle. The customer was free to leave the dealership at any time.

I agree with a few of the review about Lokey. They don't care, all they want is the sale. I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. (12/7/2024)They let me take it home for the night for a test drive. Took it back the next night. Tried to convince me to buy it then. I wanted to wait to talk with my bank on Monday. I decided to go back on a Saturday 12/9. After waiting for 2 1/2 hrs. I finally talked to the finance person. My $24,000.00 car ended up costing me in the end with financing $30,800. for 7 years. I was approved for ****% with my bank 72 months. Instead I got ****% for 77 months and payment of $518.00. I did not ask for this. I also just wanted to buy GAP insurance and electrical coverage. He has me sign up for mechanical and car care for an extra $3500. (Which I did not know it cost that much). I went back from the advice from co-workers, banker, my brother to have them take that off which they did. (I also wanted to know why they charge me for some other things on my receipt. Could not explain it to me very much ). Money is supposed to be credited to my bank account in 45 day's (why so long for there mistake). The biggy now. I told finance person I was transferring my tag from old car to new car. He puts $400. onto the sale for a new tag. Now I have 2 tags for my car. UGH! Supposed to have clean /vacuume the car out before picking it up. It wasn't done Sales person had to go do it. They have the nerve to charge it's customers $995.00 for paper work. ***** pages and this is pure profit for them.. I left a message for the finance manager to call me yesterday 1/11/2024 and that person hasn't, bothered to call me back yet. This company is only in it for the money they can rip people off for. I'm sorry, I'll go someplace for warranty work and my old mechanic for other things. LOKEY IS A BIG RIP OFF DEALERSHIP..I knew I should have not gone there. Next time I'll listen to that little voice saying don't do it... PS They don't deserve the one star either.

The customers rate is 8.24%,only slightly higher than the ****% she stated she could have had. This change in rate was affected by the customer increasing her term from 72 to 77 months (which is less than seven years). At time of sale, she agreed to purchase a service contract and maintenance. After requesting these products be cancelled,Lokey Nissan initiated the request. JM&A issued a refund check to her lienholder on January 8th for these cancellations.

The customer said she had a tag at home she wanted to transfer. The finance associate advised it would be transferred if she returned to the dealership with it in a timely matter, otherwise a new tag would have to be processed. The customer did not return in time.

Lokey Nissan would be more than happy to have her vehicle cleaned again.

NEVER get your vehicle serviced by Lokey Nissan. The technicians have a lack of integrity when it comes to servicing vehicles. Heavn ******* (Tech) verified that that a tire rotation was complete and was NOT. Such a simple task and it still couldn't be done. This shows the lack of integrity and work ethic this individual has. One should be able to walk in and have a piece of mind when having a vehicle serviced. The manager did refund the tire rotation but $20 is nothing when the bottom line is he can't even trust the techs that are working on people's car and are supposed to keep them safe. I would have been taken advantage of if I didn't know any better and keep an eye on what was going on in the bay and know what my tires actually looked like. The QC is a joke the same tech shouldn't do a quality check themselves when servicing peoples vehicles when basic task can't be completed. Funny thing is another customer was there for the second time for an alignment because it wasn't completed the first time. Seems to be a trend of this location charging for services that are not complete. Something needs to happen on a bigger scale then handling the issue with just a refund. Not properly servicing a vehicle could lead to safety issues which no one seems to care about here. No response is necessary from Lokey Nissan your brand at this location will always be tainted. I just hope other individuals can be made aware of the lack of integrity by the technicians at that location.

The place is a joke. Traded in my Sentra for a rogue over a month ago. Just found out they never paid off my Sentra but was able to sell it in two days to someone else. The rogue I got was Nissan certified it totally wasnt. Had issues with it from day one, brakes and rotors needed to be done, air handler was duct taped, needed a new battery. Dont waste your time or money going there.

************ purchased a 2023 Frontier. I purchased the Service Agreement Warranty. This Warranty was through **************************. At the time I purchased it from the Finance Manager, ****, I was told I could use the service to purchase oil changes, tire rotation, windshield wipers, etc., at any Nissan Dealership. At no time was I told this was only limited to use at Lokey Nissan, which is 2 1/2 hours from my residence. Essentially, I was lied to so they could make money on an extended warranty. After calling Fidelity, they stated I had to take my vehicle to Lokey for service. I understand that Lokey has lifetime oil changes if you use their dealership, so my question is: why would I have spent $1300 on a service I couldn't use... doesn't make sense... right? I was sold a 'Bill of Goods.' I trusted this Finance Manager and the dealership. When I called to inquire why they did not tell me the truth at the time of purchase, a member of the finance management team stated they could update the contract to reflect that I could use the warranty at any dealership. I never received a call back. I called 8 times and still no one called me. It's obvious, they only cared about misleading the public and making a sale... the heck with servicing the customer after they drive off the lot. I know dealerships are generally people not to trust, but Lokey Nissan in ********** sets the bar on dishonesty.I canceled my Service Agreement, which was prorated and cost me a $50.00 cancelation fee.My suggestion is to avoid this fraudulent dealership at all costs.
