              The doorbell was broken to allow me in for my appointment. Michelle apologized and said yes they've been messing with it all morning. Then when I get in for my appointment they said they didn't have me scheduled and made me look up an email proving I did. When I showed them the email they said oh you're late we canceled it. They will reschedule for a $75 charge. That's unacceptable since I was left waiting outside the building and then denied I even had an appointment. I have completed my class and need the certification in order to maintain my driver's license. They know they have people over the barrel and they want to just pack on charges whenever they can. My treatment was unacceptable and so are the additional charges.

              I agree with the other reviewers. ******** and ****** * nailed it, they said everything that I am thinking and feeling.How sad is it that in ******* this racket can go on. I emailed to see if I could see a substance abuse therapist that is on my insurance plan. I received no response. After reading **************'s review I feel like I have no choice but to pay this extorsion and use the provider they gave **** feel sorry for anyone that can't "self-pay".

              We received your email yesterday morning (12/13) and called you and left a voicemail the same day, yesterday afternoon (12/13).  We attempted to call you again at 9 a.m. today (12/14) and left another message.  You chose the treatment provider but we will offer to provide you a list of all of the approved licensed treatment providers if you would like to make a change.  The providers are private businesses and we do not have a say as to payment or insurance.  Also, many insurance companies may not cover substance abuse treatment services if they are related to a criminal offense.
