On 12/1/24 I placed an order with this company called Dangle It. They claim to provide updated details regarding production, shipment etc. My order was guaranteed to be received by 12/23 at the latest and was ordered as a Christmas gift. As of now it hasnt even shipped not even shipped yet even though it stated ready to ship over a week ago. I have attempted to contact the company and never receive a response. I feel that its a scam and have read several reviews of others in the same situation.Business Response

Ordered product on Nov 24. Estimated ship date was Dec 5-9 with a delivery of Dec *****. I received a your item has shipped email on Dec 13. The tracking details show a label was created but not dropped off at ****. I emailed inquiring on Dec 16 and they claimed **** didnt scan them in but they will today. Its now Dec ******************************* and still showing only a label was created and not brought to ****. Other customers are claiming theyre sending the same language and did this last year. I have another order from Nov 28 with an estimated ship date Dec ***** with delivery of Dec *****. Its still showing as in progress and hasnt been shipped either.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is do able. I am still disappointed that it did not arrive in time for a Christmas gift or even show that it was handed off to USPS.
I have submitted a request for a replacement. However, because the product will not be shipped OR received within the 10 day window of BBBs requirement to reply, I will be in contact with the company (or BBB) should it not arrive or be satisfactory.

I placed an order on 11/28/24 for 2 car fresheners with a ship date that has passed. I emailed the company no response. Order still shows not shipped. There are numerous open cases in which this company has promised orders that were made in early November 2024 to have a delivery date before 12-25/25 that have been notified not receiving by 12/25 with no expected ***. This company is promising false ship and delivery dates and has yet to refund money to orders not filled. Not sure if this company is scamming consumers or about to go under hence not filling orders or providing refunds to order not filled. I want my order as promised or a full refund of *****. They need to take down ads if they cannot meet the demand of orders. Look at their IG and ******** page youll see others reviews of not receiving orders.Business Response

In full transparency, we ran into a slight glitch in our manufacturing process that resulted your order not meeting our QC standards twice and the need to remake your order twice. While this caused your order to be shipped out later than originally anticipated, we hope you can appreciate our dedication to quality and our refusal to provide you with a product that is less than you deserve. **Nature of the Complaint:**I am filing a complaint against Dangleit.com regarding their failure to adhere to appropriate shipping timelines and their refusal to process a refund.**Details:**1. **Failure to Ship in a Timely ********************* did not ship my item within the promised timeframe. I was not informed of any delays until I proactively requested a refund. 2. **Refund Request Denied:** I requested a refund before the item was shipped. Despite this, my request was denied. The company then proceeded to ship the item, ignoring my cancellation request. 3. **Unsatisfactory Resolution ********************** is now refusing to provide a full refund. Instead, they are only offering a 20% refund and insist that I pay for the return shipping costs, even though I have not yet received the product. I purchased two customer air fresheners on December 16th from Dangle It (dangleit.com) for a total of $29.65 after tax & shipping using a debit card. The estimated delivery date was ~January 5th. After New Years I hadn't received any email, order or shipping update from the company so I attempted to check my order status online using their 'order portal' (*********************************************). The order portal displayed an error message that read, "No orders were found matching your id and email..." -- After a week of that, I emailed customer service on January 10th to inquire about my order (#******) and report that their order portal said it didn't exist. **************** on their customer service team replied that orders were delayed, but I'd received a shipping notification and tracking number by the end of the week. It's currently Friday, January 13th, after 11pm and I haven't received any update from Dangle It. -- In addition, their website says that order cancellations and refunds are processed through the order portal, which is 'down for maintenance' and hasn't been working for at least two weeks. I don't know what kind of shady business is going on here, but I'm going to file a formal dispute with my bank. Dangle It has failed to keep a single one of it's promises.Business Response

We are so sorry for any miscommunication regarding your estimated delivery date, as it was against our policy to provide/guarantee customers with a delivery date, at the time your order was placed (this has since been updated). At the time your order was placed, orders were taking ***** business days to ship out, as stated just above the "Add To Cart" button. Therefore, since your order was placed on 12/16, it was expected to ship out 15 business days later on 1/5, as reflected by the "Estimated Ship Date" that appeared at the top of your order portal. However, due to the influx in order volume during the holiday season, paired with the extensive customization of our items, orders were shipping out a little later than originally expected. I just checked on your order and, according to our records and your tracking link, your order was shipped out just a few days later than originally expected on 1/8, and was delivered just a few days after that on 1/12.
In regards to our order portal, we are so sorry the inconvenience that the maintenance caused! We completely understand your frustration and would be more than happy to make this right :)

I placed an order with Dangle It on 11/30/23. The company's website cited **** days to receive an order. At some point, my order (#******) was updated to show an estimated ship date of 12/21/23. I emailed the company and submitted a Contact form on their website to inquire whether I could pay to expedite shipping and get my order before Christmas. I received no reply. I followed up via email and contact form a few days later. Again, no reply was received. On 12/20/23 I received an automated email that showed my Order Status had been changed to "Prepared" and that my order would ship within a few days. It is now 12/29/23 and my order still has not shipped. I followed up yet again with an email and contact form submission and yet again received no reply. I have attempted to find a phone number for the company to get answers as to when my order will actually ship, but no phone number can be found. Completely ignoring my repeated inquiries as well as the extreme delay in shipping my order is unacceptable. I want my order and an honest response from this business. Due to this delay, we offered the ability to cancel your order for a full refund, but never heard back.In regards to your outgoing emails to us, I just checked our records and it looks like we did promptly reply to each of your emails (3 in total), but never received a response. I have not received the order I placed online. It was supposed to ship on June 23, 2023. I was assured it would ship on June 23rd and be received by June 28th. As of the time of this complaint, it still has not shipped. Their responses to my emails are generic and do not answer my question about when my order will be received.
