    Was very satisfied in the beginning. Liked their sheets. I could have sworn I ordered the royal blue. It was a gift, so I decided to order the dark Teal. Well the royal blue turned out to be dark Teal. Contacted them to send back. Got an email saying I was eligible for return or could request for an exchange. So I decided to do an exchange and that's when I hit tge spill about we don't provide return labels and you have to pay for return. Now they are suggesting I should keep the sheets because they are already paid for to keep me from going through the hassle. I will keep them, but they have lost a customer.

    Terrible company to do bussiness with, save your time and aggravation, they took my money and never sent my sheets $64 down the drain, they won't even reply to my many many messages

    We purchased two sets of King size Luxury sheets and pillow cases. Cosy House states on their web site that their Luxury sheets are made from Bamboo. We previously purchased, and use comfortable 100& bamboo sheets from another manufacturer, and were excited to see Cosy House's sheets on sale at a very favorable price. When we received our sheets, we realized that nothing on the web site or on the packaging stated the country of origin, or the actual content of the material. A label sewn to the sheets states that these were manufactured in China, and that the fabric is actually manufactured from of 60% Polyester and 40% Bamboo. I consider this false advertising, since the main material is Polyester. This needs to be brought to the attention of the FTC.

    Beware of the risk free purchase and zero hassle return marketing scheme. If you are unsatisfied with their product, in order to return their product, they require you to pay out of pocket to ship it. Sheets that are advertised as cooling do the opposite.

    "THE WORST SHEETS THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED " Sleeping on these sheets for (1) week I felt Something Under my body. When I looked there was So many Knots (Pileling) where my body lied I was Shocked. Especially in the area of my feet. It Felt and Looked like someone Rub'd Sandpaper on them. I will Continue to Spread the Word. "WARNING" I Spent $55.00 for a Queen *** of these SHEETS and their NOT WORTH .55 Cents. You've Been WARNED ! ! !

    Worst customer service experience ever! I bought several sets of everyday sheets for my ******. The queen sheets were different from the others, with elastic straps and no trim on the pillowcases, but they and the twins were fine. However, the king sheets were awful - they were a blueish color (instead of white), had virtually no elastic at the bottom edges to go around the mattress, and the pillowcases wrinkled like crazy, even after taking them out of the dryer at all different stages trying to get them smooth. Customer service asked for pictures, then asked for more pictures, and then again - 3 rounds of this. Then...crickets. I followed up several times and was told that the QA team was working on it. I liked the queen sheets and wanted to order a back up set for the ******. I asked (repeatedly) if they were the everyday (which I ordered) or the bamboo (which are the ones that are supposed to have the straps). I was trying to place a NEW order and they still didn't respond. They FINALLY told me they were everyday and the straps must have been from a test run. After 2 months of waiting to hear about the king sheets, I finally emailed and told them the least they could do was send a replacement since the first set was defective. They agreed and shipped them, but they never arrived and the tracking button in their email didn't work. Again, I followed up and they said the sheets were damaged in shipping and did I want a replacement? YES I WANT A REPLACEMENT! Then they asked me to confirm my address - IT'S THE SAME ONE YOU JUST SHIPPED TO!! Seems they do all they can to wear you out so you'll just go away. Finally got the sheets today and thrilled that I will never have to interact with this company again. I hope these sheets hold up awhile after all this trouble, but I doubt it. They don't even deserve one star.

    We ordered three sets of Cal King "luxury" sheets, following the laundry directions precisely. Unfortunately, they pilled terribly after just one wash. Given their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" promise on the website, I reached out via email to request a refund and return the sheets. They offered to send replacements as a one-time courtesy, which I declined. Why would I want more of the same defective product after all three sets had the same issue? After respectfully requesting a refund, they asked for 48-72 hours for senior support to review the case. It's now been three weeks without any response, and they've stopped replying to my follow-up emails. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with both the product and customer service. What a scam!

    I bought 4 robes from Cozeyhouse that were long fluffy beautiful robes on the website. What I got was a joke. Thin, cheap material that was around knee length and I am so upset. Around $200 flushed down the drain. When I tried to return they offer me a $28 dollar refund because shipping fees would be expensive for me according to them if I tried to send back my items. Do Not Recommend!

    Do not buy. Items they send you don't match what they are advertising. They offered me $5.00 refund on a $49.00 Robe. Not worth the hassle. Tell everyone you know not to buy.

    Don't buy from cozeyhouse.com their website shows cute fluffy zip up robes but what you get is thin fabric wrong designs and they don't try to make things right. It has to ship from China and it took over two months to get.
