    I purchased a workbench from ******* with the email associated with this company (item description and contact information below) for a total of $81.38 on November 11th. The company has not sent me any emails confirming the purchase and I have not received the item. The company has not responded to my calls, emails, and texts. It is clear this item and company is a scam at this point. I am now requesting a refund through Paypal. In addition, this companies website states they are Lowes and has the Lowes icon and format on their website.     On 4/30/33 I ordered 2 MaxxAir II RV vent covers (order #XXXXX) for $72.48. On 5/1/22 I received an email saying the order was received and was being processed. On 5/25/22 I emailed (via Reply to their email) them to check on the status of the order. No reply. On 6/13/22 I again emailed them (via *******@faandis.com) to check on status. No reply. There is no phone number to the company. If you map the address it is a mobile home park. On 6/26/22 I emailed them and requested the order be canceled. Our next step is to dispute the credit card charge as a fraud.

    I ordered a replacement canopy for an outdoor gazebo on April 14th. Still haven't received it, and my last 2 attempts to contact the company have not been answered. The tracking number supplied hasn't been updated since June 2.
