    ordered a neckless for my wife. Ordered On-line. ******************************************************. Order number SS108221341. Order never received. No one ever answers their support number ************. Emails to their support box are never answered. I was scammed out of $100.

    Ordered product received tracking number on 26th of November that had been shipped. No updates since then says sitting in *********** and every day it says itll be delivered here the following day.. have attempted to contact sugar Springs by phone no answer just busy signal and have emailed support system for Sugar Springs three times with no response.

    I ordered a necklace for my wife. I received one for my wife also one for a daughter, which I don't have. I have four sons. I have not been able to find a phone number that answers. One said it doesn't take calls and two others which never answer. Asked if I wanted a return call which I indicated that I did. Never a call-back. I am making a fraud complaint with **** today. I told them ********** that I wanted to return the one that I did not order (no response) now I want to return everything for credit.

    They sent the wrong order. Over the last eight days I have emailed a dozen times, no response. I have called a dozen times, every day, no response. I just want the order that I have already paid for. Nobody is responding from this company.

    The hinge on the gift box was broken and not attached. The LED light does not work in the box. The hour and minute hands do not move.

    I ordered a necklace for my wife for Christmas on November 14th, 2024. When the item was received on November 18th, it was incorrectly purchased as 'white gold' rather than true gold, which is what she likes. I tried to remedy my mistake by immediately logging into the website and reading the return policy, which stated must reach out to them within *********************************************************************************************************************************** the first place. I have received no responses to date and the phone number *************) does not work. At this point, I just want to get my money back as this type of customer service is unacceptable.

    Ordered 11/9/2024 Spent $59.95 Item bought was not what I expected. Their site *************************************************** says that if not happy with product they will accept returns. I received the item and was not happy with product as it was small, cheaply made and wasnt happy and I requested to return. Sent many emails with no response. Tried calling and most phone calls did not go through others were on hold then disconnected. Product was simply not what they said it was.

    Order date: 10/31/2024 Amount: $97.00 Business sent necklace, and product was rec'd 11/12/2024. I requested to return item and customer service responded 11/13/2024 saying they would get back to me soon. I have heard nothing since and have not rec'd refund to C/C or return instructions.

    Bought a necklace. They charged me 5 times and sent me 5. I dont want them and want to return. They wont answer the phone or reply my emails.Had to cancel my card worried they would keep on with fraud.

    On appx 7 oct24 I ordered a wooden watch with a dad" inscription on back with a mahogany wooden box with led light on it to display the watch. I was trying to get it for his 75th birthday. It was supposed to be there before 21 oct..2 weeks for a gift that's made in ******* supposedly and being delivered in ******* 4 hours drive away should be ok. I got it on 23 oct. 2 days late. I opened it was damaged at glance but led did not work. It had a tiny piece of plastic between watch body and know. I pulled it out set the time pushed it in like a normal watch nothing it was dead. I took the 4 tiny screws out tested the battery and it was dead. I ordered new batteries they came in 2 days later and those t3sted full charge put the new battery and the watch still did not work. I tried many times to call customer service but it rings once and hangs up. I emailed them butthey said to watch a ******* video and send them a video of the not working watch which I did. Then I asked for my money back zero response until now. I just want a working watch or my money back
