    No communication by phone or email. Called 7 times, no answer or recording. Sent numerous emails and was basically ignored.

    They scam you on the 1-3 day shipping. Took 7 days, clearly item wasn't "ready to ship". I will be filling a complaint with my credit card.

    Terrible company with substandard shipping practices and poor communication. I ordered a gift for my wife on Sunday 11/3 for our anniversary on 11/7 used the expedited shipping for $15 more (1 to 3 days), figuring would go out on Monday and arrive by Thursday latest. As of yesterday no email saying it was shipped, sent an email they responded saying it takes 1 to 3 days to process, on their site it takes 1 to 3 days if it was personalized this was not, so I responded to cancel the order, since it hadn't shipped yet and would not arrive on time, which they ignored and then I got a shipping notice this afternoon it was shipped and arriving on Saturday. I had already ordered something from ****** yesterday and it arrived today and of course, with prime shipping I was not charged extra. I gave them a chance, didn't want to order from the big dog but they dropped the ball, ignored me and last time I will order from an independent ********** now I have to return it, pay a few and not confident they will even refund my money.

    I placed an order for my daughter's promotion to Chief Petty Officer in the Navy on a Friday and paid the extra to have it shipped in 3-5 days, her pinning was in a week. Monday, I emailed the company to find out when it would be shipped. I never heard back. Tuesday, I emailed them to cancel the order as it hadn't even been filled and I was leaving early Thursday as her pinning was on Friday and notified PayPal that I hadn't gotten my order. I never heard back. On Thursday during my layover, I got an email that it was being sent. I live in California, but my daughter lives in Virginia. I emailed the company and told them what was happening and how I was not happy. The present arrived at my home on Friday. They told me that as soon as I got the gift, the case would be closed and that once they got the order, it would take them 3-5 days to fulfill the order. They do not state that when you are ordering, if I had known that I would not have ordered. The only reason they are getting two stars is that what I ordered is beautiful and I do think that my daughter will love it, but now I have to pay for shipping again. It would have been nice if they would have refunded the cost of the shipping to get it here within 3-5 days. Customer service is gone, companies do not care anymore once they get their money. I will never order from them again.

    I ordered a necklace in a box with expedited shipping from Sugar Spring Company ordered on September 8. I paid for expedited shipping (advertised as ***** 1-2 days) since my 25th anniversary was on September 11. I received an immediate email saying my order was placed and would be notified when ready to be shipped. On September 11, I received an email that the item was ready to be shipped. A tracking number was provided. Today is September 18, my anniversary has passed, and the Sugar Spring Company does not answer phone calls or emails. I requested my money back via email, but the email bounced back. The Sugar Spring Company is a scam and I will cancel the order through my credit card. STAY AWAY~!

    The item on web page clearly shows cubic zirconia diamond chips on outside rim of heart. As well as 1 cubic zirconia of a larger size in middle of heart. Also the heart being shown is 1 solid piece. Not a front piece with a backing behind it. Contacted company. They stated what is states in description is what it is. But their web page photos are misleading. Scam artists.

    Here is my honest review and opinion of Sugar Springs. I am in no way affiliated with them and I have been scammed, not by them, before by companies listing items for sale on ********* First off, this is not high dollar jewelry but for the price its very nice. Just the poem is worth half the value. The first necklace I ordered was here in less than a week. My wife loves it like I bought it at Jareds. I figured if my wife likes it that much Id place a second order for my daughter. It will be arriving tomorrow, once again in less than a week. Im sure my daughter will love hers as well. It seems ever since ***** hit us theres so much hatred towards one another and everyone wants something for nothing. Give these kind folks a chance and Im sure youll be leaving a good review as I have. On a final note, on my second order I accidentally put in a wrong shipping address and didnt catch it until my order was already placed. I emailed them and the next day they replied stating they caught my error and had already fixed it.     I purchased a Engraved watch from this company Silver Springs Co as a Anniversary Gift around me and my spouse Anniversary. I paid via paypal and have filed a complaint as well thru them with many open cases. I ordered a on 6/24 it took til 7/3 to recv. The product was defective and did not work and very disappointed since it was a Anniversary Gift for my spouse. The sent me a second watch of the same and still defective. I will never use this company again. I have received no real assistance or help from their so-called support services even the person that answers the phone name *** (per him). I spoke with him once two days ago, then I called him back yesterday 7/18 and again today 7/19- no answer, right after I dialed from my mobile number I called from my work number and he answered. I called him out on it. He seem to want to help and I only asked of him to refund my money back and provide how I can send back the two defective watches. It is not good to order from these foreign countries and companies. Period! Poor Customer services and poor service period.
