    I placed an order with Tag Detacher totaling $129.90 on february 22, ****. Order #*****. I never received a confirmation email or tracking information. I took a screenshot of the order when I placed it just in case so that I didn't lose the receipt. I attempted to contact the company to inquire about my order using their contact us form and received no response. The phone number listed on the site is not a working number. I attempted to reach the company again on March 21, 2023 to inquire about my order with no response. I have reached out again today, March 24, 2023 and if I do not hear back from the company by end of the month I will be contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback for fraud.

    On 2/18/2023, I purchased tag detacher for work. The money was immediately taken from my account, with instructions stating I would be receiving shipping information. Supposedly, it was to take 5 - 17 days. The website currently says, that shipping info is updated weekly. LIES!Needless to say, I have not received ANY communication from this company. I have sent 3 emails, to which I haven't received a response. The phone number that is provided is actually in ********, in Africa. I feel like an idiot for not checking this company's reviews beforehand. I don't understand how this company is able to still advertise, when all they do is rip people off.

    i ordered a 60 dollar item a few days ago.. and like a idiot i read reviews after the purchase... like many other people.. still have not recieved a tracking number.. hoping this is not a scam.. my email is ****************************

    Item was purchased online on the 1st of November, with Tag Detacher taking the money from our account on the 2nd. Delivery was quoted with a maximum of 15 days to ******, with tracking provided within 3 days. No tracking was forthcoming, and no sign of the goods by the 29th of November. An email requesting an update was sent on the 29th with no response. A second email requesting urgent update before initiating a bank charge reversal was sent on the 2nd of December, with no response. Finally, their website contact form was filled out on the 5th of Dec (the email address stated was identical to that where the previous two were sent). Upon completion of the form, a Thank You page appeared which offered contact with a telephone number of **************, which unsurprisingly is a fake number. In depth research of the site shows no real activity since 2017 on their forum/faqs, apart from their own denunciation of people revealing them as a scam. The multitude of identical cases found here on BBB are more than enough evidence that this company is a scam - why are they allowed to continue to have a site that accepts card information??

    On November 23rd 2022 I purchased a universal security Tag remover ink tags detacher 20000GS detacher for $179.95 plus Express DHL shipping for an additional $45 for a grand total of $224.95 my order number is ***** and I paid using ****** pay strip. I do not have a tracking number because I was never given one I only know my order number because I took a screenshot of the confirmation page when it was presented to me at the time of purchase. Since then there has been no communication I am unable to look up my purchase via their website. It states that there has never been any orders in my name. Have written numerous emails to their contact page with no response. The contact phone number stated on their site does not work and is also too many numbers. This company f****** ***** it shouldn't even be allowed to stay open on the internet as well as ****** shouldn't be advertising for them. Now I'm out $225.00 that I feel like I'm never going to see you again. I don't know what to do probably not much to do right I don't know if somebody could get back to me that'd be great thanks.

    I ordered 3 clothing security tag removers on Sept 4 and have not received anything as of 11/20/22. My account was charged $59.85.I emailed the business twice with my order number *****, but have not heard anything back.I tried calling the number also but the number is invalid.This site needs to be taken down.

    August 17, 2022 Paid $39.98 on credit card for 2 magnetic tag detachers. The funds were charged to our credit card.There has been no communication since the order was placed. We have emailed from multiple email accounts on different occasions and have no reply. The items have never been delivered. The phone number on their website is inaccurate. It has too many digits: ***********. When I try the number listed on the BBB site: ************ it states that the phone number is no longer in service. Upon further review from the ******* SOS website it appears that this business has never had a business license in that state.We have had no response to the email nor follow up from the original email when the order was placed.8/17/22 - Order # ***** - Total $39.98 paid via Secure card payment.

    I ordered a product off of their website and never received it, I called the number listed on their website, sent emails and sms messages, and no reply at all, I never even received a tracking number for my order, they took the money outta my account immediately but refuse to hold up their end

    Transaction took place on July 27th I still haven't received my purchased item for just over $27.00 USD I emailed twice and got no response what so ever and the phone number given on the website is not a good contact number for the company. I want my money back asap.
