    I just received my ZULAY COLD PRESS MASTICATING JUICER from ******. Model AJM-400B. I USED IT TWICE AND NOW IT IS DEAD. I put 1/4 of a Beet inside the chute and it tried to smash it and then the coil inside got stuck and it just died. It doesnt move, and I tried to get the beet out and cut, fork, and tried to water it out to NO Avail. The mechanics of this juicer is TERRIBLE. Will NEVER EVER buy 1 of these juicers from this company again.Its from ZULAY kitchen rods ts. I cant even buy a replacement parts for this item WTH Guys!!!! You have to do better, in this day and age of electronics. So SORRY for this BA Review but it is what it is.

    I purchased a garlic press from Zulay Kitchen via Amazon. Amazon shipped an empty package, I called Zulay directly and they sent out a replacement albeit a different color and it arrived today as promised. The real bad player in this story is Amazon and its packaging and shipping vehicles. I have spoken to both owners at Zulay Kitchen and find them to nice, honest, and creditable people. Amazon and there partners are the scammers. If you wish to purchase some thing from Zulay Kitchen go to www.zulaykitchen.com.Just so everyone knows Amazon confirmed they price fix using Project Nessie algorithm since 2014.

    Bought machine at bestbuy. Used 2x per day 5 months died, flashing lights nothing. Left a support message at bestbuy, asked for video using transfer site ...they did not download in time asked me to do another one, did not download in time. Only have a few days on a free account before vid gets deleted....so emailed support at zulay kitchen...10 emails later, asked for video same site,...they downloaded and said yes needs to come to them....I pay there they pay back....over 100 bucks later and pictures of what I'm sending...the leave email, 3 days after I sent it saying sorry we only have a 30 day warranty from bestbuy, but I could pay another 150USD to get fixed and pay shipping back....item returned in dump now....never again

    I was charged for a product that never arrived - the company always says it's on the way and will be delivered on the day of my enquiry but it never happens. It's been a month of them changing the delivery day

    i love this company and the customer service is amazing!!! I bought a milk frother from a company that is going out of business so, of course, no returns. It did not work. I called Zulay and told them my problem and without hesitation they sent me a new one!! received it in 4 days.I will buy more Zulay products since they are reasonably priced and I love that they back their products.
