    I wish I could give them a -0!
They lie, they steal, they cheat. They don't maintain their property, they don't allow owners to maintain their property. They're underfunded and refuse to listen when someone tries to step up. The local bank manager hates them. Everyone hates them. You can't run against them, they'll out vote you. Oh that's another thing: they don't show you the votes, they just tell you a motion passed when we all voted against. How did it pass??? Stay away!!!!!! I left a beautiful condo because I couldn't deal with Debi H. and her cohorts, Sheron N. and Richard D. Someone needs to put them out of business.

This person had a bad relationship with the condo board of the association. We had little or no relationship with ******** *****.. Her comments are unfounded. As for the local bank, don't understand that since I have banked with them for 30 years both in Cincinnati and Florida. This person did not get her way with the association when she was defacing the building and was asked to stop. Yes she sold her unit and moved and the association now has to correct the damage she caused.

I had to take a deep breath and pause before responding to this person's blatant lies. You can clearly see from the other reviews on Yelp and other sites, that I am not the only one to have issues with Jim Nobles Management. The other complaints listed the same problems I had, such as being rude, not responsive. One person (named ******* *) wrote: "Emails are never answered, concerns are never addressed, funds from maintenance fees spent on non-essential service. No star at all." Another ("***** *.) wrote: "Don't ever use this company! The owner is rude and doesn't listen to anyone. She thinks because she manages a property, then she is allowed to do whatever she wants to whomever she choses. The company should be shut down for bad business. ZERO stars.". So you can see that there is a pattern here.

As much as I hate to rehash the past, I begged them to fix my balcony from the day I moved in. There was a flyer hanging by the elevator, as they refused to use emails until the snowbirds were missing all the announcements, saying they would treat all balconies. The day my unit was to be treated, I would be in China, on business. I gave them my key to make sure they got to treat my balcony and removed all the furniture. I came home to find that they skipped my unit. They said I didn't give them permission!! I tried and tried to get them to come back and was told it was a one-time only. So I asked them for the company info so I could coordinate a special visit and their owner was told to ignore me. So I gave up. Until earlier this year, I finally hired someone to do the job while I was out of town. Lo and behold, Sheron let herself in my condo without my permission, to stop the work that was being done. So this time, she didn't need permission to enter my home. Which way is it?
In 2020, they painted the stairs with a slick paint that makes the steps very slippery after in rains. I always use the stairs for exercise. In June, I had my hand full and slipped on the wet stairs and tore my left rotator cuff. Another person also fell that week, as I found a bunch of pocket change scattered all over the same steps, probably an older gentleman. They had recently created an app. I used the app to request that anti-skids be put on each step. They closed out my requests three times, marking it "complete", when it was never addressed. I have pictures. I went to talk to Mr. Drago in person, and asked him who keeps closing out my requests when they're not addressed, and he said he was the only one who was allowed to mark them "complete", so someone was overriding him. Finally, anti-skids on every step magically appeared, except the top step of every flight of stairs. I had been in touch with my attorney by then (for all the reasons named above) and he reiterated to their attorney that it was probably in their best interest to finish the job before someone else falls down. There was "Karen" before "Sheron", who told me to my face that her cell phone is for her personal use only and only returned emails occasionally. Trying to figure out boat slips assignments was also difficult. Jim Nobles mgt couldn't provide any document. If I called the office I was told Karen wasn't in. So one day I went in to see, and there she was, in the office. Lies. Lies Lies. I'm so done with them. Please email or call me if you have any questions. **************@gmail.com or **********
