Waited to be seat for 17 minutes. There was no one in line nor was there any wait. The restaurant was very slow. Our food was cold and tasted burnt. It was nasty and I'm very disappointed. I spent $68.97 and want reimbursed for my meals.Business response

I am very sorry about your unhappy dining situation at our restaurant during your last visit. We strive to exceed our guest expectations, provide quality meals, and overall experiences. We failed and we are very sorry.
Please accept my deepest apologies and would be more than happy to have a refund issued for your meals. We do thank you for being a guest in our restaurant and hope that you will give us another opportunity to live up to your dining expectations in the future.
