  I have a roof thats about two years old from Classic. They lied about using in-house workers and included subcontractors on the ****** roof creeks on windy days and the fascia is done sloppy. I tried to get them to come back out with no luck. We are considering legal action. After $18,000 in costs we expect better from a company.

  Classic roofing was the best. **** is just incredible. He was there from beginning to end to make sure the service was performed to our expectations. **** deserves 6 stars for his professionalism.

  Please be aware that Classic Roofing and Construction engages in deceptive business practices. They falsely claim to handle all work in-house, when in fact, they subcontract. They also use bait-and-switch pricing tactics. My experience with them was very negative, and I would advise others to exercise caution. ***, the salesperson, is not a roofer and made promises that the crew did not fulfill. They damaged my property, failed the inspection twice, and inflated the final bill substantially. The initial quote for plywood was $450, but the final bill included a much higher price for a different type of wood. As a disabled person living on a fixed income, this experience has caused me significant stress and financial hardship. I strongly advise against hiring Classic Roofing and Construction.November 29 2024 approximately 9:00 AM we had some rain and the roof is leaking.

  They were friendly and honest throughout the entire process from the salesman to the roofers. I will always use this company because they didn't try to lie to me and push me to purchase a whole new roof and they were very reasonably priced. From now on everyone I know will be using Classic roofing and construction.

  After Classic Roofing installed my new roof, I found multiple areas of my home that were damaged during installation, including:1.Tar staining on the front and sides of the home 2.Paint damage 3.Soffit and fascia damage 4.Siding damage During the removal of the existing drip edge, the fascia was damaged and, according to Classic Roofing's production manager, could not be restored to its original condition.I expected my home to be restored to its pre-installation condition. However, ****, the vice president of Classic Roofing, refused to address these issues, stating that such damage is typical and expected to happen during a roof replacement. Classic Roofing performed the bare minimum in making repairs even after a detailed list with supporting photos was submitted to them.Buyer beware: Classic Roofing will not make the necessary repairs if they damage your home. I would not recommend them to perform any work. The production manager was unprofessional and refused to address all of my concerns and make repairs to areas that were impacted by the roofing installers. For the amount of money I paid for a new roof, I expected more from Classic Roofing. I would not purchase a roof from this company.

  Great company, the price was very fair and the inside team helped with my decision. The cleanup after the roof was installed was very impressive. Would recommend!!!!!

  After receiving 8 quotes for my roof, I went with Classic Roofing and Construction. The combination of customer service and knowledge from my sales rep made the decision easy for me. The price was fair compared to the other quotes and I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this company, there is a reason they have 700+ reviews! Thanks Classic!

  Classic roofers completed my roof last year. Recently I noticed the galvanized tube for the dryer vent that goes thru attic had become unattached. I contacted them they assured me it was under warranty and they would send someone out. The person did not come at scheduled time therefore I missed him. He then stated he checked all vents on top of roof and everything looked fine I explained it was inside attic and that the company told me it would be corrected. I call gentleman he then states its not their fault and hes not fixing issue. I paid a lot of money for this roof and know the estimate Im getting to repair is ****** plus dollars. I am dishearted due to the fact I chose them even though their estimate was alittle higher then others. I was wrong I am very unhappy with their customer service and feel this is their responsibility to fix.

  I contracted Classic Roofing and Construction for a new roof. The complete process was a nightmare. The first crew that came to my house were 3 Hispanic men that couldn't speak any English. One of them approached me and after several minutes I determined he was wanting me to jump start his van. Later that day another gentleman knocked on my door and again after a few minutes I figured out he wanted to use my restroom where he went and vomited. I called the company and my sales rep several times that day because they didn't cover anything and the old shingles and roofing nails were going into my pool. They did nothing. I spent several hours that day and the next day fishing out debris from my pool.The second day 3 different Hispanic men came to finish the job and it was pretty much the same as the first. One of the men ripped my gutter off so hard that it pulled my downspout out of a concrete wall. There was a rather large hole which I took pictures of and contacted the office again. All they said was they would send someone to fix it. When they were done with the roof they spent very little time doing any kind of clean up.The sales person came by the next day to do an inspection, did another magnetic sweep for nails and pulled up over 30.A contractor came to fix my downspout and just painted over the glob of glue they had put there. I explained that wasn't acceptable. He took the glue off said he was done, left and I had to call him back because it wasn't attached to the wall.Today, 11/13/2023 I was in my front yard and stepped on a roofing nail (not the first one either, my grandson also has stepped on them) but this one went completely thru my shoe into my foot which started bleeding, I had to go get a tetanus shot. I called the office and got a return phone call where the girl stated she would send someone else out to do a nail sweep. She also said it was a construction zone, so if I got hurt basically oh well.

  Had urgent repairs need to satisfy an inspection report from the sale of my home (house under contract). The salesman KEVIN promised many things so that it would be done on tim..Promised to get my $2000 overpriced repair job on the schedule if i put the 50% down immediately. This happened and then he ghosted me and was virtually impossible to get him to return messages or call me pack with a work date or any other issue / question. The office people acted dumb and also dragged their feet right up to the dead line I was forced to call repeatedly and also have my re-estate agent / investor call with NO RESPONSE.. 5 plus days in on a Sunday I get an email from the company asking me what it would take for me to move foreword with the job. Shocked, I sent a detailed and comprehensive reply to them detailing how they were not responding or doing as they promised. They acted like they were doing me a favor and put me on the work scheduled. The staff are rude and condescending. They pretend to not know what is happening and lie about what is really taking place. The worker showed up and had no clue what the job was and forced me to have to get involved and get on the roof. He only worked for a few hours and then left without saying anything. Came back and hurriedly finished and damage many of shingles. The worker on camera/audio then lied about my interaction with him to protect himself from getting fired/reprimand and they would not come back because of it. They said a Foreman was coming out to fix the problem and meet with my agent and I to discuss to what they would do to finish the job correctly under the workmanship clause of the contract. The VP of the company said just don't go back (Kevin). This forced me to postpone the final inspection and potentially lose the sale of my house an lose big $$$$$$$ . I have contacted a lawyer to help me. These people are SNAKES in the grass. They will lie to get you to commit and then abandon you after they screw up..
