      40 of us just returned from trip to Key West. Found out after we returned that the bus driver who coughed constantly has bronchitis and didn't wear a mask. The toilet was never emptied entire 3 day trip and stunk so bad that no one could stand to use it. Neither bus driver/ helper knew how to empty the septic tank. Bus driver had told some to only use bathroom in case of emergency. The bus driver/ helper had parked bus in area of hotel parking lot where he couldn't get us out of next morning. We had to go around knocking on doors to get people to move their vehicles. The 2nd morning, he had to try to back bus up for same reason! Every time i would ask for info, I was told we'd be told at a later time, we that we didn't need to know yet..We were not given any instructions or given any maps until we were getting off the bus and it was the bare minimum. The driver/ helper wouldn't even use bathroom on way back. He stopped once bc he had to use facilities, but refused to stop night before for us to stop at a restaurant or fast food. They wouldn't even use bathroom on board. The driver/ helper both stated that they had been on this trip many times and were experienced, but it was very obvious that they didn't have a clue what they were suppose to do. We had to walk a mile back to bus while other bus lines picked their people up within a block or 2 of Mallory Square in Key West. Very poor bus service and none of the 40 people will ever use this bus line again!! I called Tours4You today and spoke with Chelsea and she only made excuses for them saying that the bus driver was new. They told us that they've been doing this for over 20 years. It was like a nightmare! I as the planner/ organizer, did everything for this trip.. I even picked up the garbage from everyone each time.. All they had to do is drive, have a clean bathroom, give us information that we needed and pick us up and drop us off. He also passed a paper around asking for a $12 tip from each person.

      Tours 4 you is a terrible company. Our pickup to *************************** was late. There was no tickets or itinerary issued ahead of time. No one knew what was going on. We had to wait 1/2 hour after arrival for the driver to buy tickets with his credit card. The return trip was 4 hours for a 2 hour drive because the group was from 2 different areas which was not explained prior to purchase of our tour. The kept telling off color jokes. It was all around horrible. Would never recommend or use this company again.
