On March 3, 2024 a purchase of $171.20 was made at a trade show in ***************, IN at the ************* Show. This purchase was for one family pack (4--9oz jars) show special (buy 2--get 2), 6 travel size jars and one additional 9oz jar for a show discount. The items were packed up for us. Unfortunately, upon arriving home and going thought he purchase, I discovered that one of the 9 oz. jars was missing. Since I was sharing this purchase, this was important to resolve. I immediately tried to contact the company. I have emailed multiple times over the course of weeks hoping to get a reply. I have called the company phone number and had to leave messages and have not received a reply. I have used the website auto form to send in a questions/concern multiple times. I have yet to receive any type of response in any format. I really believed that these issues would have been quickly resolved with either the missing jar being sent or a refund of the single jar cost. I have offered in my emails the transaction number and the name of the sales person. I can give all of the transaction information and the dates of the emails. At this point I became concerned that this was a scam or some type of fraud.Initial Complaint

My mom and I attended the Minneapolis Art & Gift Expo in Minneapolis, MN on Nov 5, 2023. We purchased four 9oz tubs of aloe lotion from the Hawaiian Moon booth with the promise that we could return it for a full refund if we were not 100% happy with it. We each tried it for a while and in early January decided we did not like it well enough to keep for $30 per tub. I went to their website, confirmed the return policy & instructions and followed them exactly. I took pictures of the receipt and note I included in the box (attached). Since the credit card used for the original purchase had been lost & temporarily deactivated, I provided a different card number to which they could process the refund. We had primarily been using the product from the travel size containers (which were free as a "show special" with purchase). So as a bonus for Hawaiian Moon, three of the four full size tubs were still sealed and could be resold. This can be seen on the photos as well. I waited a full three weeks after my package was confirmed as delivered by USPS (photo attached) to contact them. No one ever answers the phone, it's always a voicemail. I've left two or three messages and sent two or more emails through their contact us page, as directed on their website is the preferred form of contact. Have not received the refund due of $129.64 and have never received a call or email back regarding this matter. I purchased a 9oz jar of ************* lotion that came with money back guarantee on 11/03/2023. On 12/05/2023 I returned the items per instructions and on website and receipt. As of today, I have not received my refund. I've tried to contact Hawaiin Moon via telephone numerous times and by email. I purchased the aloe on 9/1/23. After one use my face was burned. I originally couldn't find the receipt but eventually did. On 1/16/24 I mailed the product, my receipt, and an explanation as to why I was returning. I paid $19.35 to ship it back. They received it on 1/19/24. I have left multiple voicemails, sent 1 email, I also spoke with ****** on 2/8/24 who stated he would create a support ticket for my refund. I had started using the lotion after getting the 2 big jars plus the extra small ones. However after a month of use I started to notice my skin drying out faster then usual and becoming irritated and itchy and painful. I didnt think anything of it and still continued to use the product until noticing more painful like blisters appearing. I purchased items from this business at a trade show in ** in February 2022. The business offers a 100% money back guarantee which they told me about at the sale, and it is listed on their website. I was not happy with the product, I reached out in June to confirm that I would be sending the product back. It was shipped on June 30 to the address provided with the requested information. I have followed up monthly and still have not received the refund of $127.96. I have sent emails, called and left voicemails, I do not receive a response. This is completely unacceptable.
