    Difficult to cancel a magazine subscription. Difficult to contact Priority One

    ABSOLUTE FRAUD OF A COMPANY! Why are they not shut down?! I have been receiving magazines I DID NOT ASK OR PAY FOR and the rude *** lady that answers the phone refused to cancel and said, "you will get all the magazines now." This company needs to be shut down!

    I started receiving a magazine subscription to Architectural Digest magazine that I did not order. I called Architectural Digest and they informed me that they received the one-year subscription from Priority One Clearing Services. I eventually convinced Architectural Digest to cancel my subscription but they directed further inquiries to Priority One Clearing Services. A web search shows them located in Clearwater Florida. When I attempted to go to their website I received a virus alert from my anti-virus software that this was not a safe website. They do not appear to have a toll-free "800" number and I do not intend to place a toll call to them (or have my cell phone's phone number information gathered by what I can only assume is a shady organization).

    Just called them. A friendly agent helped me remove myself from the current promotion run and any future ones (we will see about that). Not sure who is making these referrals. Sure, Priority One Clearing Services is in business to, at least in part, complete these marketing promotions. I certainly do not benefit from this "promotion" - thank you to this company for their quick and friendly action. Five stars for that - unfortunately one star based on the darker side of this company's association with an unsolicited subscription.

    Somehow this third party company got my personal information and used it to give out to other magazine companies. I have been getting MULTIPLE UNWANTED magazines from many different companies. They also stole my sons personal information, so I'm getting bombarded with even MORE UNWANTED magazines. This invasion of privacy should be illegal, because nor I or my college age son gave permission to use our information. We never signed up for ANY magazines because we DO NOT READ THEM. This company operates on shady business tactics. It's disgusting how these vultures can steal your personal information and use it to their advantage. Where is your moral compass?

    This Third Party company has gotten my personal information unknowingly, and have subscribed INC. Magazines to me without my consent. This act is very disrespectful and fraudulent. Please remove me from your list and stop the magazines.

    Priority One Clearing Services is a processing house for 3rd party agents. They are not a scam company, it was helpful to call them to get this matter resolved. They answered the phone right away and I spoke with a real person!
