Second attempt to leave a review. This company is very questionable, at best. They have reached out on a couple of occasions to make "offers" and I found what others have found, minimal offerings and no deals. The person calling didn't even know the name of the president of the company and had to put me on a long term hold. She came back with a name, but none of the officers or leaders of the company are even posted on the website. Fortunately, I do have any attorney and I'm hoping that my refund for failing to "resell" the weeks will be forthcoming to avoid additional measures. They never even signed the contract so it wasn't fully executed on their part. Please please do not send them money, please. I'll go through the pain of this process for the sake of others -- no one should have to recover from these types of bad business dealings. It IS totally too good to be true. After reviewing your account I do see that we did send out an offer last on 2/3/2025 and we have not received a response from you. When speaking with customer service they were able to provide you with the information you had requested, it looks like you were speaking with a newer representative and we do apologize for that. This is a scam! I signed up in August 2024 with 6 weeks and have yet to rent out 1 week. Dont get involved with this company. They will lie to you and you only have 10 days to process a refund. What a joke!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Company Travel Connection

I am very skeptical, I was at first anyways, but now I am really skeptical. I have been notified three times that I have a business wanting to stay at this resort or that resort. It's been three different occasions. I go and look and tell them yes there is vacancy, or no they might have to use an alternate place, whatever the case might be at that time. Within the 48 HR time frame I receive a call or email back stating the business had a schedule change and wasn't going on that date. The exact same message every time. As of this date I have not had one week sold, not one and it's been 5 months. I do believe I have been scammed! I hate that I fell for this. You really can't trust anything or anyone anymore. I was always told if it sounds to good to be true it probably is not true. Go with your gut feeling this first time it usually is right.Company Travel Connection

As we went over in the previous email, it is possible to have similar responses when it comes to offers as we do relay the response that comes directly from the corporations. We are not a scam and it is completely normal for a few offers to fall through, this is why we provide you a full agreement time to assure that we are able to rent out the weeks. We are currently working with the next offer and will be getting that out as soon as possible. My calls keep going to customer service Voicemail. When I had a call back, it was dead silence, then the call was disconnected. I know, now, after reading all of these AWEFUL reviews, I lost my money, not to ever receive anything back. Pass the word, they made me think they were a part of RCI...NOT!Company Travel Connection

While working with company travel connection, I found the process was very easy. Although I wasnt too sure of it when signing up, especially with a $2394 start fee, Im glad that I took the chance. Im currently waiting on my last week to be rented and with 5 done already I cant say I have any complaints.Company Travel Connection

No stars, I will be contacting a lawyer on Monday. This company represented themselves as affiliated with *** and we fell for it. They call with"reservation" requests that are not available and then they make you call *** to confirm eligibility. My first indication this was bad, when I called them back to complain they suddenly have offers but never valid. Do not fall for the scam.Company Travel Connection

I do not want this service. I was lied to about weeks , nothing was said about points. The guy that fooled me into believing this BS laughed and snickered the whole time he was talking. I was not expecting this so I hadn't given it any thought before hand. I've talked to both Holiday Inn and RCI neither company rents out weeks/points. I was scammed.Review fromMargaret F

We received a call from *****, trying to buy our Extra Vacation Get-Aways (EVG) from *** our vacation package from ***. Pressuring us to buy 4 or 6 weeks of vacation time to then get money back from companies as they resale them.When we requested additional information, we were referred to two different individuals with again, high pressure and talking extremely fast and not wanting to answer our questions.The "deal" is this we have to buy from them, our EVG immediately, then sign some kind of rental contract that they will resale and refund us the difference possibly up to $10,800. When we hesitated, they quickly ended the call. We contacted *** and they verified that this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Company Travel Connection

Upon review, you signed up on 8/30/24 and customer service called on 9/4 & 9/6 and left voicemails. Also, on 9/26 we submitted an update email to you in regards to the account. You called customer service and spoke with an agent who provided an update that offers in the ***** day turnaround time as explained at sign up.
