      I purchase a 2014 ***** from this dealership for $23,000 cash on 4/13/2023. During the purchase I noticed that the door handles and windows did not operate properly so JJ the sales person promised me that they would fix this to make the sale final. Unfortunately ** never followed up with me so I had to go to the Tesla Dealership myself and get this addressed costing me $1,095.85 for this repair. ** and the owner of the business are know refusing to pay for this repair!!! I do not like being lied to and being taking advantage of and would expect that they do what they said they would. I would like a refund of the repair amount as promised. Thanks

      This dealership sold us a car with alot of mechanical issues. Bought on Dec 5th 2022, today we took it to jeep for an engine light and discovered more than 20 codes that are damaged, including the major issue of the transmission & also an open recall. The repairs are upwards to 7000$ dollars which is more than we even paid for the vehicle. I want something to be done this isn't right. We dont have extra money to pay for something like that and we paid that car off in full.

      I purchased a car from their company on 09/06/22 for $14,489.00. On 09/07/22 I received a call from them informing me that they couldnt sell me the car because of the transmission was going bad. They offered to send me a full refund. I said thats fine, they wrote me a check for $14,000. I called them the next day and asked if there was a problem of why I didnt receive my full refund of $14,489. I was told they forgot and they would send it the next day. The next day I waited from the time they opened, at 9:30AM, without hearing anything from them. I decided to give them another call. I was told my account was not showing up in their system, they might have to write me another check. Call back theyll get it straightened out. I said fine, the next day I called, no answer. I called the following day, still no answer. All I want is the $489.00 that belong to me. I ask BBB to intervene and help me resolve this problem. Below are the supporting documents to help resolve my claim. Thank you

      Purchased August 12, 2022. Car was delivered and would not start. Dealership told me to have it looked at that it was the battery. Had to have it towed to 2 different shops. Finally came to realize they fried the computer system by putting switching wrong wires when fixing an issue prior to us buying the car with a water pump or coolant. I have this all written down in my notes. To repair the vehicle it is going to cost $3,500. Plus the $635 already paid plus $250 battery plus $400 in towing bills. They knew the car had the issues when I purchased the car. Leaving an unsuspecting buyer to deal with it all knowing they weren't going to take care of it after delaying and now will not communicate what so ever. They had us wire funds for the car and mail documents. This is bank fraud and mail fraud. I will supply documentation once I have received communication from BBB.

      Please find attached document showing purchase. Wired $12,989 to them and they charged my credit card $500 as well for the purchase of the vehicle. 

      ******** worked on the car which they knew about prior to my purchase and tried to correct but made it worse and did not tell us the car was not in good running order. The car wouldn't even start.  It was delivered on the back of a truck. 

      Car needs a lot of work to even be drivable not to mention dash board and head liner issues.

      I purchased a car on April 29th from this car dealership. Since the purchase we have had so many problems, starting with having to replace the fuel pump within s week of purchase. We also have had to replace tires ($500). And hound out that they lied about the brake repairs. I want to another dealer who told me the brakes were non drivable and also had a recall on them. The brakes were never worked on by the selling dealer. Now the transmission needs to be replaced. The car is not drivable at this point. The dealer REFUSES to fix or refund my money. I have a car I can not drive and I believe the dealer lied about the condition of this car when he fold it up ne.

On top of that fact, we do not even have a vehicle sold on that date. I believe this individual may be confusing us with some other establishment as we have no records of a car deal on his stated date nor name.
