    Apple worked at my place of employment and put in 2 units, both were incorrect voltages and sizes, they also removed my BAS system and told me it was our issue. After several thousand complaints they sent ***** out to reinstall. All good for another week, then 1 unit failed, come to find out they install a heat pump unit instead of a conditioning unit. Several attemps later and several compressors, a tech finally figured it out ,put in correct compressor and relay and now operational. Only took 6 months. Now after all send and done for a year I am getting Trane invoices because.... you guessed it Apple Air put the call in our name. Still fighting Apple air to pay Trane..... DO NOT HIRE, very irresponsible and poor workmanship.

    This company installed a ac unit back in October.. I’m not happy with this company at all.. first off the guy I was dealing with terry is useless.. I try calling him texting him I never get a response back.. I had the unit installed and in two bedrooms the vents were rattling so bad I had to take the vents off.. I called and complained.. they sent someone out and they told me I need to buy different vents.. and they tried to slow the wind speed but made it worse.. so I called again and they sent someone out to adjust the speed but guy said he couldn’t.. told me there duct issues.. ya issues caused by the unit being to big.. this company has been giving me the run around.. I’ve paid over 7k for the new unit.. I wish I would have just kept the old unit.. it didn’t make no where near the noise it does now.. I was also told by terry that he would be taking care of my rebates.. which I still haven’t heard from him.. I called the city to see if there was a permit pulled and the city said no they never got one.. I called there office again and said they pulled one.. I don’t know why they have to lie.. just say you didn’t pull one.. I just want my rebate refund.. like I said I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future..
