      Amazing Roofers (AR) installed new roof on my townhouse (flat roof) in October 2022. Starting in March 2024, my next-door neighbor (we share a common wall) reported roof leak coming from my side of the roof. I also found leak on my side as well. My neighbor and I have been trying to get AR to come to inspect. They came on multiple occasions, but each time AR claimed the leak came from the neighbor side. The neighbor hired a contractor and determined the leak is coming from my side in June. It turned out that AR left a piece of old roofing materials on my side of the house and that was where the leak was. I sent the evidence to ****** ***** who claimed to be the owner of AR. He refused respond to my phone calls, text. I also reached to his office, also received no response. The neighbor had significant water damage to his interior, and my wood truss sustained water damages along with interior damages.I am seeking AR to finish the roofing job I paid for (replace the old roofing with new one) and repair the damages on my neighbor side and my side.

      On 12/4/2019 I contracted Amazing Roofers Inc to replace the roof of my home at ****************************************************************. The entire process took about a year to litigate with the insurance company to finally replacing the roof, they commenced the new roof install on January 16, 2020 and completed the job within days thereafter. The roof started to leak on or around October 2021, apparently the roof was not installed correctly. I send ********************************* a text message on October 19th, 2021, to make him aware of the leak and for them to send someone to look at the roof leak. He said that he would send someone to check the leak, but no one came out to look at the leaks. I tried calling him several times with no luck and no answers to my messages. I attempted to communicate again on 10/12/2022 via text, on May 17th, 18th, 23rd, of 2023. The total of the roof replacement was ********* They committed to provide a new roof replacement Certificate of completion 4-Point Inspection Certificate-As Promised I need for the company to make the necessary repairs to the roof including damages incurred by the leak to the structure including walls.The business has ignored every attempt to communicate or make repairs.They advertise on their FB page my roof replacement including photos of my property

      I live in a townhome and my directly connected neighbor had a reroof October 2022 through contractor AMAZING ROOFERS, **** EIN # **-2284169. Originally without consulting me, they were planning to cut into my roof surface, as between our homes my roof curbs over top of the seam of the neighbors roof(this was done in 2013 with permission of the previous owner). They came unannounced and woke me up at 7 am by throwing materials down on my roof without permission. This gave a poor start to our interactions as I had to go on the roof and ask them to remove the materials from my property and explained I did not give them consent to touch my roof, the seam of my roof, or my property. They completed the reroof and left a gap/gully/valley in between their now raised roof surface and my own roof. This flat unpitched surface is allowing water to sit on the roof in multiple spots. I also voiced my concerns that they were just laying new material over old existing material and not fixing any of the underlying poor conditions of the roof decking and surface on their side; however it is not my roof and I do not have a say in that process. Now less than 2 years later there is a leak coming from a rotted out hole in his roof decking that is leaking on the party wall adjoining our properties causing a leak on both our sides. With the way it is leaking it is causing water to leak down the block party wall damaging my studs, drywall, baseboard and carpet. It has already caused mold to start forming on my side of the party wall making that bedroom uninhabitable for the time being. It has been 7 weeks and we do not have a plan to move forward and the last official communication I have received from the homeowner or *********************** with Amazing Roofers was that their roof is not compromised or leaking, and the moisture test they have completed inside and in the crawl space showed no water leak. I have provided photos of the leak and rotted hole and they have not responded.
