  Began an inquiry on an rv listed for sale. They demanded a $2500 non-refundable deposit to hold the rig while I traveled in from out of state. Once I saw video of the rv I realized the floor had been replaced based on photos and videos of others I had seen. **** assured me it was original equipment. Once I called him on his bluff he ghosted me and refused to answer calls from me or the bank I had secured financing through. This place is sketchy at best and I would not give up a cash deposit to this place. Definitely unreliable.

  Our experience with Victory RVs was great! We contacted **** when we saw the 2022 Keystone Arcadia we wanted which was priced well below market value and he was so helpful and accommodating. Their prices are affordable and so much lower than most RV dealers. They were very patient while we worked on our financing even though they had many people wanting to buy ******. **** met us on his day off for us to pick up and was genuinely excited for our family to get ******. He was very informative and we really appreciated his knowledge. We would definitely deal with Victory RVs again!

  We bought a2008 Fleetwood Pace Arrow from Victory. We took it home and spent 17k on getting it safe enough to use. Everything they advertised about this vehicle was a lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They certainly are not Christian based as they claim.

  I was in the process of purchasing a 38 foot 5th wheel RV from Steve (son) and Lola (mom) and everything was going ok. I'm am buying from out of state for a family member that suffers mental illness and has difficulty with interacting.
  I secured a loan for the RV but then the bank called me and said I need a inspection of the unit by myself or a knowledgeable local professional.
  I called Lola to tell her and I said I understand if they need to sell but this is the process I had to do.
  I explained about my families mental illness issue and before i could finish I hear a man yelling in the background.
  At first she was trying to cover the conversation but then I clearly heard him say, "stop wasting our time you stupid *************, I have real people that are ready to buy.
  Well I can only assume this is the husband or Paul.
  Well Paul was extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to run or own a business if he has no patience for people and requirements from bank loans to secure funding.
  In spite of Lola and Steve being nice, this reaction and name calling prompted my 1 star review.
  They have others they obviously upset by reviewing the ****** reviews and other BBB reviews and they all relate to the husband.

  I have been patient and worked with the customer but putting up a bad review on the business because you wanted me to wait 2 weeks without a deposit. ior phone call back is not good business. I have text tessages that you wanted videos, measurements of the tv, more info on n the 5th wheel then you will put a deposit. we have got you videos, measurements of the tv and after that the customer did not call back to explain or leave a deposit. I have text messages where I had to call the customer to ask if he is putting a deposit like promised after he got the measurements of tv , videos, and more onfo on 5th wheel because I have other customers waiting to see if he will buy it. myself & company have been very nice trying to work with the customer but not calling back to explain or leave a deposit leaves me no choice but to sell it to someone else.

  As far as your response, Lola and Steve were perfectly fine and helpful.
  It's when the husband of the busienss called me names.
  And let's put the facts out there.
  You didn't hold it for me for any amount of time!
  you said a women was coming into buy it and she never did. It was still there over the weekend when Steve had to take care of his sick wife.
  I was not asking you to hold it without a deposit but until the unit it's examined no one is going to make a $2500.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit!
  
  Like I've said before , everything was fine until the husband name called me a "stupid ***** idiot" and to stop wasting his time.
  Maybe he should just stay out of the business!
  
  Seems to be a common theme with the old man of this business ruining sales and getting bad reviews.

  Sir I am sorry I couldn't hold it for you without a deposit for 2 weeks but you dont have to bash the business and lie that people called you names because your upset that everything didn't go your way. have a nice day and good luck with your future rv purchase.

  There were no lies said.
  I'm not upset at all over the unit.
  This complaint has all very specific details and I also recorded the conversation as I do with all business calls.
  
  I will once again add I NEVER asked you to hold anything. I clearly said what i needed to do for my bank and you started muting your phone or trying because your husband yelling in the background.
  I said before he started yelling that I understand if you need to sell it.
  So please, stop the lying. Own the reality because now everyone sees you and this review and you're not handling it properly.
