    We stayed in Cocoa Beach under reservation number confirmation number ************* for the nights of Friday September 13th through Monday September 16th, checked out around 10am. We were told a refund for the 1 night we did not stay was approved by the manager after our triple A agent called and explained how we had a family emergency and needed to return to **. We were told the hotel would issue us a $93.60 refund, and that the refund could take anywhere from 5-7 business days, or up to 30 business days. We have exceeded the 30 business days, and I still have not received any refund. Please help me in ensuring the hotel refunds my money for the night we did not stay.
