      As a local realtor I have had the opportunity to work with Direct Metal Roofing in more than 1 transaction and I highly recommend them as my go to for roofing services. They really strive to provide an outstanding quality product and awesome customer service.

      Steals from employees, lies to customers, and deviates from contracts. Theft Metal roofing and the two snakes who run it Tony and Aimee Diaz stole thousands of dollars from me for jobs that are completed after I confronted the company about deviating from their contracts and placing liens on paying and current customers. They deny that jobs are done that are confirmed by the client, FPL, and their business partners. The entire office is entirely incompetent and lacks any ethics whatsoever. You do NOT want to get involved with this clown town.

      On June 27th I entered into a contract with this company with a 50% deposit down from damage received after a hail storm in April. At this time I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks before installation of my new roof. On 8/8 I received a call stating that they would not be able to do my roof to code after a final inspection revealed complications. Why did it take all this time to do a final inspection and why wasn't I told this when the representative was here in June? Now I can't enter into a contract with a reputable company until I get my deposit refunded and I still have damage from the hail storm and we"re going into the peak of hurricane season. Never in my life have I had a company not to honor their own contract

      I was told it would take about 8 weeks to receive the materials. After 8 weeks still no materials. I found out the materials had never been ordered. A few days later they miraculously showed up with said materials. I believe they used remnants from other jobs. I didn't notice it at the time but they used metal from different batches. As they have aged the difference in the metal sheets have become more noticeable. They said there is nothing they can do about it. The manufacturer agreed with me that they used material from different batches. Now my roof has 2 different color metals.

      Hi Terrie I'm sorry to hear you don't like your beautiful roof! I'm going to try to address all of your concerns here as well.

      1st. 4 years ago in 2018, When we installed your roof we were 8 weeks out. I'm sorry if you misunderstood or if we did a poor job explaining why we were 8 weeks out. Its because of our backlog of work not material delivery. We only had 4 full time metal crews at that time so our backlog was about 8 weeks. Not to mention you singed a contract in August of 2018 the middle of rainy season, delays are to be expected. Due to safety concerns we do NOT allow our guys to work on roofs during rain. Today April of 2020 we still have a backlog 3-5 weeks its much shorter. Because today we have 9 metal crews that we have trained, and work with us full time.


      Your 2nd concern. We definitely do not use metal from different batches. We are Brevard's leading metal installer with over 1400 roofs installed since 2018 we have great reviews and we are a trusted local company. It is in our best interest to service our customers that is why we told you that we would be more then happy to swap out those panels that you are not happy with on your roof. The only problem is since you waited 4 years to bring this to our attention. Now the new panels will probably not match the old panels perfectly. Why? because you have panels on your roof that have aged 4 years, and have been exposed to 4 years of sun, rain and the elements. So unfortunately if we do change them chances are they will not match perfectly. If we would have used panels from a different batch or "remnants from a different job" like you mentioned in your complaint you would have noticed it since day 1 not 4 years later and we would have addressed it then.

      The good news is you have a beautiful looking roof and you still have a full warranty not only from us but also from the manufacturer. Your house is water tight no leaks or problems and this is the last roof you will eve need. And most importantly it is a roof that will keep you and your family safe for years its a Direct Metal Roof. We are sorry you are not 100% satisfied our goal is always happy customers, thank you for your feed back
