            NOT BBB accredited.....THAT should say all that needs to be said. They treat anyone not interested in buying as if we are trash. REFUSED to answer some detailed questions as to some of their policies, citing confidentiality. What a joke!! This company is hardly the CIA or some covert operation that MUST keep secrets for national security. Which leads me to add.....speaking of NATIONALITY, is it too much to ask to speak with someone in COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA to NOT be of Indian or Pakistani descent? In the melting pot of say, NY city, I have come to expect this to be common place. Not in a tiny place like CC. The root of ALL evil is the almighty dollar, and if you're not calling them to spend the big bucks, they see you as "sub-human". And this is a MOBILE HOME park........NOT a community on the elite Palm Beach waterfront (think millionaire's) It's trash....... THEY are trash. FYI.....I fully expect their reply to be laced with "she was the difficult 1 to speak with on the phone". What else would you expect them to say? Believe as you wish.
