      Responsive but doesn't fix the solution timely, or at all. They represent some very poor properties but act as if they and the properties are top notch. Refund requests, which were more than reasonable were denied, just free coupons for the next stay as their only offer.

      My spouse and I are ************* citizens residing in *********** and attempted to book a room with Rocketstay Hotel in ***************, **. Once all the information was filled in on their website and the payment was processed we were informed that since we were from *********** we would have to present a passport upon checking in. We attempted to explain the ************* are ** citizens and that our drivers licenses should suffice. The person insisted we must produce a passport since we are not from *****************. We asked if they require passports for potential guests from other ****** and the representative stated no. Once again we tried to explain that *********** is a ************* territory, we are ** citizens therefore we should not have to provide a passport in order to check in but the person refused to budge. On their website clearly states that a one must present upon checkin a drivers license or passport.

      I had a great time staying here! The unit was very clean and in such a great neighborhood. It's in perfect location to get to everything downtown and the beach! Thank you for having me, I would definitely stay here again!

      Paid $660 in Nov for two nights at Artragous on the river. While flying down to fort Lauderdale in February I received an email thatthey canceled my reservation.Chasevisa trying to get my $ back. Don't trust these guys. You mayfind yourself sitting in the airport with no place to stay like us.
