Love ************************ is a cosmetic dermatology practice offering specialized laser treatments. Our Sciton Joule 7 system experienced a power failure and LaserRepair was contact on 8/23/24 for estimate and possible repair. Tech was sent on 8/28/24 to review and determined it was a power supply issue. He proceeded to remove and take power supply with him, requested payment on $6925.00 for sourcing new unit/repair and left with part. After multiple attempts to get updated status, the communication has been less than acceptable. We have been left without use of equipment and walking business on a daily basis. We were ghosted to a point of filing a police report; only to have the officer make contact with LaserRepair which caused our report to be closed. Since then, communication has been minimal at best and we are still without confirmation that repair or replacement is even possible. We have requested a refund and return of original power supply on multiple attempts only to receive no communication or enough for them to justify more time. We are now 7 weeks out in a repair of a $150k+ machine with no indication of resolve. We are interested in getting the original part and refund back so that we may take a different source for repair. LaserRepair is refusing cooperation. Assistance in the matter would be greatly appreciated. Documentation of invoicing and communication is available.
