    In my experience, if you are considering Star Casualty Insurance, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the stress, frustration, and lack of accountability that I endured.I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident caused by one of their insured drivers, and what should have been a straightforward diminished value claim, turned into a year-long nightmare filled with delays, ignored emails, and a complete lack of **************** claim was initially handled by ******* *****, who was unresponsive for months, forcing me to repeatedly follow up for basic updates. I ended up having to contact my own insurance company multiple times to get the necessary documents just to get Star Casualty to open my diminished value claim. After months of frustration, my case was transferred to ********* *****, but communication did not improve at all.I provided comprehensive documentation, including a professional third-party evaluation that showed the significant loss in value to my vehicle. However, in my opinion, Star Casualty completely disregarded the evidence and made an absurdly low offer. Their settlement was over 70% lower than the documented diminished value, which I believe was an intentional effort to underpay claims and avoid taking responsibility.Despite submitting a formal rebuttal, I waited over a month for a response. The lack of transparency and professionalism throughout this process was beyond unacceptable, and I believe that this company operates in bad faith and does everything possible to avoid paying out legitimate claims.After a year-long battle, I ultimately accepted their unfair settlement because the process had already drained so much of my time and energy. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. If you are considering this company, do yourself a favor and look elsewherein my experience, they will do everything possible to delay, underpay, or deny valid claims.I hope that others can avoid the frustration and financial loss I went through.

    My car was rear ended by their insured who was deemed at fault by police. I have taken my car to the body shop of their recommendation for estimate and even submitted the final police report to them. After weeks of waiting and calling 3 times a week my adjuster wont answer and customer service says they cant reach him either and will file an escalation letter. Same story every time I call. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. I recommend everyone having the same problem do the same.

    They are a terrible company to deal with. Their insured rear ended me and didn't have a driver's license. They never return phone calls. My car has been in the body shop for two weeks and they still haven't sent an adjuster out. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM and hopefully no one that is insured with them will be in an accident with you!!!!!

    Heartfelt advice for everyone. Never be a member of Star Casualty car insurance. It is the worst decision I have made in 10 years that I have lived in the United States. My car was stolen from the parking lot of my condo along with three other cars in the month of July 2023 and the only car insurance that is still pending a solution to the payment for the car is Star Casualty. The others were debt-free and had a new car in less than a month. My credit has been broken and I am still without a car. I abandoned my policy with them that was still in force due to their poor work and attention to the population.

    HORRIBLE. I THINK ITS A **** OR *****. My wife is on the phone with them now as I type. We have full coverage and I need my car towed to Chevy. I’m to the point now I’d love to sue them. I see red flags. 00000000 STARS!

    Worst Insurance Company In ******* I DONT recommend RUNN From these People theyre Bad Business Adjusters Does not Communicate & when you ask to speak to a supervisor there is no one to speak to. I got into an accident 2/7/23 I have heard nothing from these people when my Policy Is Full coverage BAD FAITH RUNN.

    ********************************* is a horrible representative. she will not return any of my calls. A man hit my car on July 22nd 2023. My car was parked in the parking lot of ******* unoccupied. The driver was backing up speeding. the driver hit my car and pushed it 3 parking spaces down and into another vehicle. I filed my claim and since then there has been 0 communication. here is the most frustrating part. Me and the person have the exact same insurance company and also the exact same agent is processing our claim!!! they are ignoring me when I try and get my rental paid for which is what they are supposed to do. I was told to pay for the rental and I would be reimbursed. HOWEVER I have yet to get my refund! I have made over ********************************************************************************* back!. Still nothing. I have escalated her as well as her supervisor and still nothing. NO one will call me back!. This is horrible. ME and the person who hit my car both have start casualty and both have ******* as our representative so why isn't anything getting done???? I wish I had an answer. Even the process of trying to get information on my claim is none existent. I would rate them triple 0 stars if I could I just want all my money back I paid for the 0rental as well as money I had to pay to get the car rentals place insurance. I pay for full coverage insurance every month. and no one takes they're insurance to rent a car because they say that star casualty doesn't Provide rental insurance. ******* assured me that provide rental insurance. I was told by one of the customer service reps that since he was at fault and hit my parked car that the rental would be covered under his policy because he was at fault. I still have not seen my check for the rental I paid for. I want my money!

    Worst insurance ever!!!! Bad customer service everytime I call for an update on my case they always saying they do not have any information I had a accident on February its almost July and they have not send me my check to fix my car!!! No body shop wants to get my car when I told them that I have stat causality as ****** de they said they do not pay!!! Bad bad insurance!!!

    I have been dealing with the worse treatment ever! My complaint is like all others on this forum! No responses on their end and no help whats over on when my car will be getting locked at or receiving the estimate from the Adjuster! I am going on three weeks!

    This is the worst insurance company I have ever had. I had an accident 03/15/2023 and today 05/09/2023 I still havent received any information or even been able to hear back from my adjuster; ***********************. I call every week sometimes two times a week and all they tell me is that my adjuster will contact me within 48 hours and that has never happened in almost a two month time Period. The other party involved have been waiting for over a month for the subrogation documents from my insurance and nothing today I got a phone call from the bank asking me questions about the car because theyve been trying to get a hold of my insurance company and they have zero answers for them and my account is compromised at this point on my credit its court lowered because of their poor service. Furthermore, I will be contacting my lawyer, and I will be suing the company.
