Extremely poor business practices. Decided to magically stop making their tests free despite an ONGOING pandemic. When you do pay an insane amount to order a test they either 1.) take SO LONG to get back to you that by the time you actually find out you've had covid it's already gone. 2.) do not provide you with results claiming that you didn't "Register" your test. I have taken multiple of these tests over the last year or so, I know how to register a test, but magically when I take an unsupervised one then suddenly they magically claim mine was never registered? There was either an error in their system or they're being shady. When you request a refund because after you ship your test back to them, you don't hear from them for two weeks, and when you finally reach out to them they claim they never received anything, they refuse to give you a refund because of some lame policy regarding again, the registration issue. I took it up with BBB to get my $80+ back for a test I never received results for and all they did was parrot their unfair policy about how I'm not eligible for a refund despite the fact that I very clearly paid (with evidence) for a test I never received results for (with evidence.) Now I am out over $100+ because I had to find a way to quickly get another test, oh and by the way I DID have COVID. I want my money back for the essential thing that was previously free, that's necessary during an ONGOING PANDEMIC, that they failed to deliver on. **************** is horrible. Company practices are horrible. Pathetic excuse for a business profiting off of everybody during an, I repeat, ONGOING PANDEMIC which is disgusting. Do not recommend this business whatsoever.PS - if people are having COVID symptoms, maybe don't then encourage them to go into a *** store, moronic.
