Art Plumbing is the worst . It took them 6weeks to repair my 4 year old air conditioning system. The system is a state of the art high end system. Their prices for the repair were excessive and they refused to discount the repair. They did not communicate with me as to why the parts took so long to come in . This is the third repair in four years. The last repair man was excellent.Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric Response

we understand your frustration; we are bound by the manufactures warranty process and having to wait for the manufacture to approve the replacement and then wait for the parts. The timeline for receiving parts is again the mercy of the manufacturer, shipping company and the distributor. Believe me if we could stack every part waiting for a breakdown we would. Our goal is your satisfaction and when the process is Art and only Art we can do a great job making smile.
We apologize for the frustration, and we will always do whatever we need to do to make you happy. Having to replace a wiring harness is a very un-common repair, in fact i can't even think of a time in the past that we had ever had to that to resolve an issue.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

**** ****** is the professional that came out. First off, ART Plumbing sends a photo of the tecgnician coming to your property, so you know who to expect! That was a first and much appreciated. He was on time, informed me of the work that was required, steps involved, and the timelime for completion. Another service provider came out in an unmarked van and looked at the job and gave a quote $2000 MORE than ART Plumbing, but said he could talk to his sales manager who came along in the unmarked van, and if I got the work done that day, they would give me a cheaper price. Also, no photo of who was coming out to the house to give the estimate.I'm going with ART Plumbing, and for everyone that reads this post, beware of guys freelancing thru their company.Review from Christopher R
