************************** answered my call on Feb 8th where I told him that the icemaker in the house refrigerator had ceased to make ice and was recently leaking water on the floor. He arrived on Feb 9th, proceded to check the refrigerator, change out a hose clamp, took apart the water feed system, defrosted the water feed system, and then put everything back together. The unit started producing a limited amount of ice the next day, then stopped and since then has produced little or no ice.I called ***************** on two occasions the week of Feb 14th, on both he offered to try and locate the part and would call me back. This did not happen. On Feb 20th I E-Mailed ***************** at his business address and told him that in view we had not moved forward I needed either a refund of the money I had paid him or I would proceed with small claims court. He received my email, called me back very irate and then hung up the phone while I was talking to him.***************** did not give me an invoice but the check I gave him states clearly it was to pay for Ice Maker repair. I have attached a copy of the cancelled check from my bank.

all my calls are recorded so the customer called me about a water leak it was a loose hose and that was put in place i removed some ice from a tube but i didn't fix any ice maker as the problem was a loose hose now The client calls me that his refrigerator does not make ice and he wants me to repair it since I put a hose and I did not repair any ice maker I PUT A HOSE IN ITS PLACE THAT WAS LOOSE On the other hand the client pays 175 dollars for a job that it was putting the hose in its place, not for repairing any ice maker, on the other hand, the gentleman asks me to return the money when I did the work of putting a hose in its place and if I dislike that people are dishonest asking for a return of money when a service was provided, on the other hand, I repeat, I DO NOT REPAIR ANY ICE MAKER, that is why it does not have any invoice because no part was changed when parts are changed, that is, when parts are used, the client is given a written invoice  With a one-year warranty, that's why the customer doesn't have an invoice because nothing was repaired, no parts were used in that service, only a hose was connected.
