      This insurance company is scamming their customers. I have desperately tried to file a claim and each time someone answers the phone, after horrendous wait times (over an hour), they put you back on hold. It is deliberate and negligent. I have tried for two days to file a claim and they simply will not speak to you to allow you to file a claim.

      On 19 March **************** who is insured by Pearl Holding, crashed into my parked 2022 ****** Tacoma. I tried multiple times to contact Pearl Holding insurance company since that date. On 18 April Pearl Holding had me fill out some documents regarding the incident via DocuSign and I did. Afterwards, Pearl Holding had an adjuster come and meet me to assess the damages. **************, a Pearl Holding employee at ************ was apparently handling my claim. It has been about a month and a half since someone has reached out to me. I have called and left ************** multiple messages to check on the status of the claim with no response. I habe also sent Pearl Holding emails inquiring about the claim with no response from them. I have tried to contact the insurance agency various times and he get put on hold for extended periods of time. When I leave messages nobody ever responds.The claim number is S-3432699.I would like Pearl Holding to get in contact with me and repair the damages that were made to my vehicle.

      Ive been without a car for a year after my vehicle was stolen and found in water . This company sent my car to a body shop and completely dismissed any mechanical issues by not sending it to a real mechanic. This company never responds and does not care about their customers. Do not use this ********************** they should be shut down!

      I was involved in a car accident on 3/17/24. I have done everything I was asked to do by my insurance company and they have yet to resolve my issue. I was sent some forms to fill out via email a few weeks after my accident, which I filled out and sent right back. After not hearing back from Pearl Holding several weeks after submitting those document, I called them to check the status of my claim. I was told that they were still waiting to be told where my vehicle was being held, which was also information that I had already provided when they initially asked me. I informed them of this and was told "someone dropped the ball and did not update that information when it was provided". I have had to rent a car for over a month and a half out of pocket due to my insurance "dropping the ball". It is also very hard to get in contact with anyone in the company and when I do, they rush me off the phone. This has been a very overwhelming experience for me and has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and money. This company is very unprofessional and short staffed. I am paying for a service that is not being provided to me in the way it was promised. I am still without a vehicle and it has been well over two months since my car accident. This is very unacceptable to say the least.

      My car insurance company Pearl Holding Group has not responded to my voicemail or emails. My vehicle was keyed on March 15th and I filed a police report and have done everything Im supposed to do regarding filing a claim with my insurance company. But *** been trying to reach someone unsuccessfully for many weeks. I wait on hold for hours at a time only to get the runaround and sent to another voicemail. *** managed to gather that I do have a claim #E3430645-01-9999 and an adjuster *************************** assigned to my case but have as yet to hear from him. Apparently the company was hacked about 2 months ago and were unable to start any new claims for several weeks so there was a back log of work. But Im just in total limbo now not knowing anything thats going on. I was sent to a body shop early on in the process and got the quote for my vehicle but this was over a month ago and the only thing I have received is a packet in the mail with all the same paperwork Ive filled out already. The only thing that has changed is my address which I updated in the paperwork for them. I really hope they are not putting my claim on hold because of an address change. I really just need help getting this resolved. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could help me reach someone to get this resolved.

      I was hit by someone insured by this company, Pearl Holding on May 1. Adjuster came out immediately. It is now May 21 and they claim the adjuster did not give them the information as well as they cannot contact the owner of the insurance for a statement because the driver is not listed on the policy. I have left several messages for the adjuster and no response. I was stopped at a light and the driver in the car insured by their company rear ended me. I have received no follow up information and my car has not been repaired.

      My truck got totaled from one of their policy holders on 03/24/24 it took days to be able to make claim because I was told that their systems were down and couldn't process a claim. After claim was made went again with their systems down and nothing could be done. Finally got an adjuster assigned only to never get any response back after every day leaving messages and texts still no-one has called me back or sent anything and trying to get a resolution but they keep pushing me off to the contracted adjuster that wont respond. Last i was told was the truck was appraised and that i was to wait to see what the insurance company was offering and that was all. These people are rude don't care about helping or doing their job. I'm without a vehicle and need this resolved.

      March 14, 2024 My car was in a accident the other driver was at 100% at fault. The other driver was also given a traffic ticket. AT the scene, my car was not safe to drive and was towed. I called Pearl harbor for 3 weeks but their system was down. Finally April 5, 2024 I was able to get through and file a claim. Today is April 26, 2024 and I have not heard from Ocean Casulity. I send in my pictures for review. I have yet to be assigned an adjuster. I do not have a rental car. The towing company just put a lein on my car for 700$. I been calling and been getting no help with my situation. Today April26,2024 I called ****** Littleton group (i guess they hired this third party company to help). The gentlemen said they already finished my claim and i would have to reach out to my adjustor .

      My husband and I were hit by car that ran a red light that was insured by the company on Saturday, April 6th. I am 7 months pregnant and have medical bills and our car is not drivable. We have been trying to get a hold of this company to file an insurance claim so we can get an adjuster assigned to our case. Over the last 3 days: Our insurance company, my husband and I have spent a total of 5 hours waiting on the phone to get a hold of someone so that we can submit a claim number, and no one has picked up or called back. There is no option to submit a claim aside from getting a hold of someone over the phone. After looking at recent review of the company, we are starting to wonder if this is a scam and if legal action is necessary.

      MY SON WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ON 2/29/24 THAT WAS CAUSED BY ONE OF THEIR INSURED. WE HAVE SUBMITTED ESTIMATES OF REPAIR AS WELL AS POLICE REPORTS AND HAVING ONE OF THEIR ADJUSTERS COME OUT TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. TWO MONTHS LATER THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED STATING THEIR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN. WHICH I'M SURE THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR PREMIUMS BUT NOT FOR CLAIMS? SEEMS VERY UNLIKELY. ALL WHILE THEIR PARENT COMPANY PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE DOES NOTHING EITHER
