    Ordered the shutters for 3 large windows . Spent a great deal of time with the sales person, ******, going over colors and what wood look best & looked at the photos. The photos show them window and window sill squared off. In other words the shutter and window sill are aligned She did not mention that my window sill would be left sticking out like a “tits” , one on either side of the shutters, It does not look like a custom job, rather it looks like a product I ordered and installed myself. I spoke with the sales person 4 days ago and she said it looks beautiful and that sorry I don’t feel the same. She said she’d have her manager call me. That didn’t happen. My next call to her went unaffected! I spoke with ***** **** today , listed as a “visionary” on the website. He is not accepting of any wrong doing He goes on to say that no one has ever complained before!! He obviously hasn’t read any of the reviews online He further goes on to say that he is willing to redo the shutters, but I have to pay for the “ entire cost“ of the Remanufacturing the shutters. I offered to pay for a new windowsills if he would just take down and put up the same Shutters but he wanted to charge me $600 for that as well! ******, the shutters have gaps in between the doors no resolution for that either. So basically, he has done nothing to correct any of the problems that Person omitted to mention in the initial visit. He will, however from now on have his sales team inform prospective clients of problems with winter still extending beyond the shutter. It seems that this is too little too late, and certainly doesn’t help me in anyway. It will only help his possible future customers. This company does not stand behind its work , and it is a shame that this is how they do business.

    Installation of ***** ***** was completed Jan 19, ******************************** fabric that couldn't be steamed out by installers hand-held steamer. The fabric also showed button-like dots on the front of the fabric that were holding the cords to the back. Daylight shines through five of the eight dots, when the shade is drawn fully down. Manager has been in contact with me to remedy my concern but I have not heard back about what can be done. It appears that the product is inferior and does not warrant the $600 paid for one window shade, size 33" X 60". The fabric itself is beautiful but assembly does not do fabric justice. This was a purchase made through ****** online, so I was unable to see finished product before I had to make complete payment. Sales rep, installer and follow-up manager were professional, polite and seemed genuine in wanting to help but perhaps the company needs to offer better product in ***** shades.

    Excellent company! The consultant taught us the various options and uses, then guided us to what she thought would work. She was 100% right, in both type of window covering and color.The process took less time than was suggested, despite current delays in deliveries. The installers were extremely competent, removing the old blinds and installing the new, then cleaning up completely. They were polite and very professional.I would highly recommend this company.
